The oil was on top, maybe cheese oiling off. But bottom was charred didn't look greasy on the bottom.

My favorite pie from Tipsy is called the 'Popeye'. Ricotta cheese, Motz spinach, bacon, EVOO, garlic and pecorino romano. Amazing taste!

Dave is such a good guy. I had a boss named Chris Hodge back in Cleveland who was on the great food truck race. I use to think he was an ahole to me but I was wrong. Well, he taught me about business and what to do basically. He taught me more about the business then anyone, you have to listen to guys like them. Even if it isn’t easy, you have to follow what they say.
Even when you think people are acting rude, they are not, and those people truly do care about people. In the end it is a business you have to take care of. But they do care about people, so I hope people don’t take it wrong. Also some big bosses and especially people like Dave give back to a lot of people. Especially small businesses and these awesome pizza joints. So if anyone ever thinks he’s rude, he’s not. Not at all.

I always get the White Birch soda when I visit Pepe's!! It's delicious. The last time was last Sept. We had Pepe's twice in two days.
Had it yesterday.
Foxon Park is so good lol. I don’t like white birch either but why don’t you try a different one that you might like? Lemon lime and Cherry are the best.

Looked like an 8.4 pie easily and I’d of been happy as hell seeing that pie as I opened the box. Surprised it was a mid 7.
Looked like until he explained all the grease in the middle and you could see the flop from it once he picked up the pizza. No grease pool and that whole slice probably has some crisp to it, which would bump it up in the 8's I bet.

For anyone reading my comment in and around CT; Thimble Island Brewery just released a Foxon Park white birch hard soda. CRAZY high sugars, but it literally tastes like birch beer, but with alcohol in it. It's hard to find, but it's fucking *awesome*

I'm from CT and miss White Birch Beer soda. I think there may be one place I have seen here in TX close to me I can get it, but it's surely becoming rarer and rarer to find it. I missed the ask for suggestions for this trip but add Captian's Pizza in Bridgeport (if still there) and Salernos in Stratford (again, if still there) to the list. Those places do a really great pie.
Wonder if he'll try Mystic Pizza in Mystic CT. Does it still exist?

Yep.
So it makes the pizza taste worst but hey its quality cheese. I am a pizza pro and too much grease does not make a good pizza. And each second it sits it gets worst and worst.

It is also a sign of extremely low quality cheese. I think they over did it with the cheese, which is not a bad thing in my book.

They went back and forth for awhile and the lady thought he was lying and refused to take his word for it and kept calling him Steve. Funny shit.

Foxon Park White Birch is the only thing to drink with apizza. Been to Pepe's at least 100 times, never a beer, even when I lived nextdoor.
