What a great song! Love the energy and the lyrical depth. I know the singer Gary Cherone has said that he is of the Christian/Catholic faith so I'm interpreting "can only be filled by YOU" as referring to God or Jesus Christ. The song makes a lot of sense if you think of it that way.
