What cooking oil do you use? I always used coconut oil. Low carb high protein diet 👍
We always used extra virgin olive oil 🥰

Brother keep eat what you love to eat ,but do hard exercise like play touch with kids and swimming every 3 hours a day , just take fat off from meat try drink only water and milk mixed with water ,even hot ki boiled the water warm the milk mixed and drink ,stop drink koko samoa ,its good if you can drink without sugar .keep eat any food but do run , swim , seatup the best exercise make your muscles strong and fit, good luck uso
