I made the scale chart optimize for E standard uses. I recorded using Drop C in this song. But lead players who doing improvise or solo doesn't need to same. E standard (6E, 5A, 4D, 3G, 2B, 1E) is most popular so I made for it. It will match to the scale chart if you use a Drop D guitar. ...except 6st string!
The drums are great man , wtf are you using , superior Drummer ? Are you using a midi pad to program ? , no worries if you don’t want to let out your secrets , but I need help on the drum Side , I use ezdrummer and the drums just aren’t what I’m looking for .
I'm using Addictive Drums (ver.1) and writing MIDI on Cubase 5.5. I only use a mouse to data entry. Basic drum sound is AD's dry sound, my orginal samples layerd to kick and snare. so I'm mixing so carefully them to best for a song. There is nothing special. I'm just editing the sound carefully.
