    Your reviews are always excellent best on you tube. I have been wearing Moabs for years vented and waterproof no problems with them. I have been wearing the Merrell wildness for years I know its not a work boot but I know you would do very good review on them

      I've got a pair of the Oxblood Buccaneer leather Wilderness boots they came out with last year, comfy AF & nice looking for a hiking boot

    Redwing Burnside!!!! I walked out of Duluth when I was out looking to replace my work boots. Redwing Burnside model did it for me. Review it.

    I think I'd stick with the Asolo 520/535 over this if I was looking for a leather hiking boot. Just seems a little too soft for longer hikes and for shorter ones a hiking shoe or lower collar boot would be preferable. idk, I'm not the expert here just speaking from what experience I have.

    Hi Isaac. Ever try the Red Wing 2156? I’ve been doing industrial/commercial electrical work in them since the late 90’s when they were $180 a pair. Thanks

    HVAC men that work on rubber roofing all day would appreciate the heat resistant soles.

      It's not a transfer type resistance. It's more like direct contact. As if your brazing a line and you step on hot solder. Shure there's alot more to the physics of that analogy. But that's the line of thinking.

    Merrell went down hill when they went into outlets. I bought the slip-on back in 1996 they lasted 5yrs of everyday use. Every pair after that didnt last a year. Vibram sole or not. They start off comfy & wear out quick. I had that sole on a hiker shoe the lugs were popping off getting in & out of my truck. No thx. More of a yuppy shoe now. Good review just dont like Merrell

      I've had two pair of merrell. I would completely agree. It's such a shame they dont last. They were the most comfortable shoes I'd ever owned. They lasted months! Thsts just pathetic. I would love to buy another pair but I know they just wont last. Might I ask, what do you wear now? I've been looking for a long lasting boot that doesn't wear out so soon!

    That sole makes me cringe. I would be scared to use that boot as a mechanic if I were to step in a muddy puddle.

    hey bozo guy ..you can't beat die hard boots..

    • @TheBootGuyreviews
      @TheBootGuyreviews  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, you can! The boots are shit and shitty cheap boot. Please stop defending garbage. there are about 32 other Chinese companies right now that make boots that are far more superior when it comes to materials and just the technology that goes into making boots. Die hards are made the way cheap boots were made 30 years ago.they have not changed they will not change they are for people who refuse to understand what quality footwear can really do for ones foot.
