I love that! The queen of crafting strikes again..! It is just so bright and it makes me think of all sorts of things I can do...🤔 Thank you for your inspiration and sunshine. You always lift my heart. X
The squeezing of the ink pads is used by a lot of other demonstrators that I watch so you are not doing anything "wrong". Keep up the awesome inspirations.
I really enjoyed this video today. As always you show us wonderful ways to make a wonderful card, and as well a tip for highlighting your sentiment. Thank you for sharing your knowledge Natasha, you are the best 😍 x
I loved this video Natasha. So colourful and it looks easy with the hard part being the fussy cutting. But I could buy the die which would eliminate that element of difficulty for me. Thanks for sharing your brilliant and creative talents. I really appreciate that you do. 🇨🇦
Thank you Natasha for sharing your thought process on how you buy your stamps. I've never looked at it that way before. I love how this card turned out but was hoping you'd do the card at the very beginning!! Also I love how you cut the 'shadow' around the happy birthday. TFS. X X
Beautiful!! I think it is time to go through my stamps and see if I have something I can use like you just showed. I don’t have many stamp sets, but your tips how you choose are very helpful. Thanks for sharing 👍
This stamp set has great size leaves. I like when you fill the card front with one colorful item. It makes a beautiful card which suits any occasion. This card is a beauty.🌷🌷
You always do a great job fussy cutting! Everything always looks so nice & even. I don’t know how you manage that! 😀 This is a fabulous card. I love that leaf image & the colors you used are great for it. And the dimension with the foam tape adds quite a bit to the simple design. Very nice.
I may have watched this o e before, but it was fun to watch again! Lots of good information in this video and a brilliant card! I am nowhere near as good at fussy cutting as you are! Think I will look into purchasing the cutter bee scissors!
Love the card - beautiful colors. I appreciate your sharing decision making for your craft purchases and the fact you encourage using what you have (not trying to sell the latest & greatest so to speak). ❤️
Your tips are amazing….we as makers don’t always think about all of that, we see it, like it, buy it and then don’t always use it or very little.I love what you do, your cards are amazing! Thank you❤️
I appreciated hearing your thought process when considering a purchase. I used to buy full sets if stamps, dies, ink, reinkers, papers, and designer designer papers. So many just sit unused, or I'd make one card. Such a waste, particularly of my funds. Your process is so logical and thank you. I will be doing that for myself now. 💖
Gorgeous cards Natasha 💛. I love the stamp too! Have you tried rubbing alcohol in your waterbrush? It helps me when I'm not using watercolor paper as it dries so quickly.
I was taught to press the lid down as you've shown decades ago, though the pads were all rectangular back then and had a bit more flex in the center because of the shape. It's fine.
Lovely.. I like your attitude to not having to buy EVERYTHING that is going! Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming and new things appear so fast…. Loved your two tone colouring. I’m glad you admit to not having every oxide colour…. It’s not necessary is it? Some of them are so similar…. Thanks…. Linda in UK
Hi Natasha. This card is an absolute stunner. I enjoyed watching this video from start to finish, just like all of your videos. Thank you so much for sharing. I need to see if I have a large leaf or something else to recreate this rainbow card. 🌈💙🤗
Beautiful card again Natasha! I love all your great tips too. Please could you re-link for the water droplets, doesn't seem to be taking me to them. All the other links are fine though. Thank you 🌷😊
Hi. Another bright and cheerful card, I love the look of the colour shading as you've made it all work so well. I still need a lot of practice on the old fussy cutting with scissors and often resort back to my craft knife. Thank you for showing this lovely video, always a pleasure to see you in action!
you tube please understand not many people in USA use the laptop or phone in craft room. TV is in the corner and all you do is press the button and say Natasha Foote and there she is. I have bought so many supplies that Natasha recommended. She is thoughtful about budget and recommends the best needed supplies. This is the first time I have pulled her up on computer so I can let you know she didnt get credit for massive amount of supplies I love. Middle age new crafters have the room, time and a little cash to start new hobby. There is no room on desk for laptop. There is no see description below or supply list on TV. Alot of pople watching and purchasing supplies she is not getting the credit because no one watching on computer. Sorry
As a novice I’m confused about the difference between distress oxide inks and other inks. I’d like to add some colors to my little stash but I’m not sure which kind to purchase. Any help from anyone here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
The oxide inks are a mix of pigment ink & dye ink. Pigment ink is thicker, it sits on top of the paper, more opaque. Dye ink is thin, usually translucent, & it soaks in & dyes the paper. So oxide inks are a mix of the two. Regular distress ink is a dye ink only. Both are water reactive, meaning you can water color with them, or flick water on them to get lighter areas of ink. I do have both of these kinds of inks & I love them both, but I mainly use them for techniques- ink blending, water coloring, etc. But for stamping, I LOVE the Catherine Pooler Designs ink line. Her inks are also a dye ink that is water reactive. But they stamp wonderfully! And she has amazing color families that are made to work together. I highly recommend checking them out. I hope this is helpful. Good luck to you!
@@my2cents320 You will love them, I’m sure! You can do regular stamping with the oxide inks as well, because of the pigment in them. (The regular distress inks don’t normally get good stamping results, but could always give it a try). I’ve noticed since the oxide inks came out, that’s what most people use. Have fun shopping & playing with them. You really can’t go wrong with them. 😊

Another simple design but what a gorgeous card Natasha lovely colour combinations and your blending is perfect too.

Love the card. It amazes me how fast and accurate your fussy cutting is. Mine..... not so good.
Very effective and with only one stamp, the colours are lovely together.
You fussy cut so well. I have been attempting more of that lately
The beautiful card, I love all the colors you used. Thank you, Sasha.
Love it. Ty
Beautiful Card. That is the perfect stamp set for this technique, easy to color and not too detailed.
I envy your fussy cutting skills!

What stamp platform is your favorite?
Nice card Natasha. Which paper do you use ?
What is the weight of Francheville cardstock please?
Was there water in your brush?
You amazing on how well you fussy cut. They look like you used a die.

I live using stamps as my background but you fussy cutting and popping the leaves up just took one step farther for me.
