    Hello! I have watch a few videos ! I’m pretty new but I love how patient you’re with explaining step by step 🥰 I’m learning so much and changing the way I used to apply my makeup

    NINA 🤍 - a lot of makeup artists (aka ‘influencers’, beauty gurus’ or ‘MUA’s’) have the same techniques, do their makeup with the latest trends or what they see online or on tiktok…
    BUT YOU ARE AN EDUCATOR! You are the true definition of an artist! I thought I knew it all but I have learnt SOOO much from you & all your techniques seem unique & different.
    Thank you 🤍🤍🤍

      I totally agree I’m a bit older in my 50ies and I thought I knew all I needed to know to! But with this new cream and liquid products coming out I realize I have lots more to learn and she definitely knows her makeup! She’s my go to if I don’t know what or how to use something I go look though her videos and always find a easy to understand and do solutions always! And omg I wish I had her lips they are perfect!

      Yes! I’m much older than you but your techniques work for me! I never look overdone. Not bashing other Mua’s I’m just older and can’t do those looks anymore.

    I love the underpainting technique. Doesn’t make my makeup look cakey. I am going to try underpainting with liquid blush too.

    Wow, Nina! This is such a brilliant method! I love how it looks! Until now my blush has always been “too much”, floating on top of my make-up, that I’ve wanted to wipe it off! Thank you, Nina! You’re wonderful!!

    • @marleyhill34
      @marleyhill34 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have smaller features on my face and I find the normal blush brushes far too big for precise application. So I use a smaller brush to apply to get the precision and then the bigger brush to blend away. Some people even use their biggest fluffy eye shadow brush to apply cheek products.

    Wayne Goss did this technique years ago and I can't find anyone who does the same until I saw your video. Every other videos I have seen is where they put all products at the same time and blend. Wayne Goss and you did it in a way that the blush and contour products are UNDER the foundation which looks better and fresh honestly. THANK YOU!!!

    Hey Nina!! Love this gonna do my makeup like this!! Ok so I put concealer on my eye lids now since seeing u do it I love it but it sits in my lines on my lids I put powder to set it ( huda beauty) what am I doing wrong 😑? X

    • @NinaUbhi1
      @NinaUbhi1  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to either/and put less concealer and also make sure you remove excess from lines before pressing powder in

    • @marleyhill34
      @marleyhill34 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      How I do my eyes to stop creasing: Small amount of concealer, then eye shadow primer on top and then set with translucent powder. Keep looking down into a handheld mirror to stop the lids from creasing before you set them with powder. Eye shadow primer is designed to stop the natural oils from your eyelids coming through. You can also switch to a self-setting concealer as the more creamy/moisturising ones are terrible for the eyelids but great for the undereyes. I think the older you get you may have to abandon concealer on lids and just stick to eye primer and translucent powder only. I'm 40. I don't know what my eyelids will do with creases and wrinkles and crepey-ness at 50, 60 and 70. By 80 I won't care anymore. Lol!
