Main points are explained by sir --1)ist believe on ur self n ur goal(there is nothing which can stop u)
2)don't change ur mind set (goal)give up (don't give reasons to quit ur goal)
U need to change ur strategy (ways) u try different strategy NVR change the goal
If strategies doesn't work try or use another (new one)
Make commitment to urself.👍
3)most imp (ask why u do that (achieve that)why u choose that...goal?🤔 give reasons (5-10) behind ur goal .
Remember every cause has an effect👍👍
If u don't knw the reason behind ur goal thn it is a desire not goal 🤔🤔👍
Ur mind should know wht will u lost after failure(know +ve n -ve effect)
4)conditioning ur mind (read failure to success person stories)downward to upward(that's conditioning)i.e do visualisation after achieving ur goal hw will ur life ?🤔(create vision board/write ur goal talk about ur goal feel ur gaol result in real life etc to conditioning ur goal)
5) accountability partner(u need inspiration ,Guru or someone like that role model)
6)watch motivational videos (listen motivational stories)
This type of stories inspire u n motivate u 👍🙏
