Hi, I notice that the $400k property (and I think even the $500k property) you showed are still for sale 2 months later (today 10/09/2020). This concerns me about moving to the Western slope. I live in Atlanta, GA now and homes sell so fast you can’t wait even one day to put an offer. Also, my parents bought a home in GJ 2 years ago that had been on the market over a year...the GJ market does not seem to be hot like larger cities unfortunately.
You haven't watched our Market Update video yet : ). We're on FIRE! Anything, I'd say, $250-$350K is typically gone immediately. The $400K home is sold. I work for cocacola and super interested about transfer to the grandjunction warehouse. Been doing some research but not too familar with the area. Which areas in GJ would u reccomemd to kinda stay away from?
