We've had 20 mph zones in the Scottish Highlands for the last 6 months even on A roads over 2 mile stretches with a handfull of remote cottages !!! Many of these are on steep mountainsides. You try to tow a 3 ton trailer up a steep mountain at 20mph for no reason . So we could up in 1st gear at 5 mph causing extra pollution??? Wake up folks. It's all about control !!! Crasier thing is our tiny mountain remote track is still 60 mph ??? Boy Racers love it as our lane is a narrow, steep bendy lane and is still 60mph. My wife was nearly killed two weeks ago. She had body cam footage.while walking the dog down our remote lane. The police have done nothing !!!??? 😳...ooh and just another thing, we'could soon loose our land and beautiful cottage for another wind farm project !. We've not been approached by the company concerned but our land is about to be a new access road ! Mmmh ??? This is getting serious !!! Anyone heard of Constraint Payments ?? Total scam.
