I recently returned back from Nainitall to Agra on 27/06/2023 and unfortunately took the Kaladhungi- Moradabad Road. As soon as we entered Moradabad highway(Supposedly) we encounterd no road but only potholes, which was a contrast to the slogan which we read earlier "Moradabad Vikas Kshetra", there is no vikas, no road, only deep potholes, for a stretch of more than 20KMS , which we crossed with prayers on our lips. Most Wretched condition of the road
