I always used to walk through this part REALLY slowly just so I could listen to the rain. RE4 is the best.

I did the same thing in many parts. I used to ride around in the boat and go to that section where all the monster dogs were just to “hang out” and enjoy the atmosphere. :) This was such a great game in that regard.
