would it have killed Harley to have some quick connect passenger back rests available? when I went to Indian for a test ride they threw on a back rest for my wife. I guess Harley just doesn't care.

I have a taller clear windshield on my street glide and for wind and night rides it's awesome. Not Just Wind buffering but when you find the right one if you rode with no eye glasses on, your eyes wouldn't even tear up. But I still do lol

I know you just did the first year review of ur low rider s, can I ask you what was the final decision between the two. I love the low rider s, the look is amazing, the aftermarket is boomin with supplies and parts to customize. Really wanna just keep my sporty and get a touring or soft tails model but $$$$$ that Harley tax is heavy
How well do you see the road? Just seems like if there was to be any potential obstacles that you wouldn't see from far away, (like a pothole) you wouldn't necessarily be able to see or react to once you came up on it because of the fairing and windscreen.
Did you do thebmsf course. You get that comp for purchasing a bike from dealer. A little extra training never hurt . And I used to run some sport bikes , bu the grace of god and moms prayers I'm here in one PC. And safe. But the class helps and scares the shit out of you

There is a vent right below the windscreen you can open up and it helps with buffeting a lot
for the 2020 it is no longer possible to close the vent. It is always open

I love my cvo.. and yes I changed the windshield to a 9 inch one.. and helps alot on your head wind ..

Switched to a klockwerkx flare windscreen on my ‘19 sgs - no buffeting!
