America has gone rogue targeting good men and women that hold morals. There are bad apples in any group but it seems any person that have conservative view and belief are the ones being persecuted. That is what happens when the God who holds everything together is gradually being taken out. Divisions will take its place.

The story of Ruth & Boaz is absolutely one of my favorites in the Bible. Esther is as well for she summoned the courage to go before the king without being called knowing she could have lost her life. Thank you for a wonderful sermon! I love watching and learn so much. God be with you, Pastor Gary Hamrick. And may He bless you always. :)

He saw her at her best and worst, but her virtue and reputation attracted the affection of a man of like virtue and reputation.

She must have been quite beautiful if he noticed her even when she was sweaty/dirty from working all day. If she attracted his notice even after a long day working the fields, that's saying something! If she had been ugly, he never would have noticed her. Nor would he have had to tell the young men not to touch her, because they wouldn't have had any desire to. This is just fact.

@@Yesica1993 are you responding to me or someone else? Nothing you said follows, I never said she was ugly..Why would she be ugly, are you? 😂

In some cultures a person's virtue is more valuable than their physical beauty. I find the West's viewpoint to be a bit more different.

Pastor really spoke with truth. I was raised to believe man and woman are equal by having no difference with each other. So I grew bitterness and jealousy toward girls for they're treated differently. Pastor's word really reminded me how wrong I was to be and what's wrong in my younger self.

At 24", what ever pastor sir told is a tremendous message for the ages, the same would be told by Indian mythology. " When you possess, be liberal __when you lack strive hard." With regards from India.

Not sure why he felt the need to bully or demean people from Georgetown. Or ones who were in the public school system.
They taught us what chivalry was.

Good message. However, your exegesis of how they met is poor. Ruth did not go out looking for the fields of Boaz. Nothing in the passage even remotely indicates this. She simply went out to glean and “happened” (Strong's H4745) upon the field of Boaz. That was the providence of God. She was obedient and God guided her steps.

She was looking for provision, she happened upon Boaz's field with his workers (symbolizes the Kingdom of God).
I her poverty she softened her heart and sought provision, this is symbolic to our spiritual poverty without Christ.
