      How true that was! I met him and spoke to him on several occasions--and his wife. They were wonderful people. How sad it is that many people rubbish him and just refer to him as "Trump's pastor."

      I’ve loved him and his talks and books for decades. He was a giant in his time.

      His sermons were broadcast over the radio and TV for a long time. Over the years he had other radio and TV programs as well.

    What was his doctorate; Theology? because it was not medicine, was it? Google didn't say.Was it his collaboration with psychiatry that taught him of the human psycho-physiology?

      He had many honorary doctorates, mainly in divinity. He worked with psychiatrists at what is now known as the Blanton-Peale Institute from about 1939 to his death in 1993.
