I think given the nature of touring ( excitement, anxiety, stress, fatigue, ect) , it does tend to make Lewis have more ticks/ difficulties at times. I will tell you though, when it does happen, his audience/ fans have never once not had his back! It's quite an inspiring & beautiful thing to see the love & care they give him. ❤

His severe anxiety exarcerbate his Tourette's, so does being very tired and he just came off of a huge European Tour, followed by a huge north american tour. Some people are mad about it, i guess they have a right to be, but mental health is important too and the fact that he is famous doesnt make it any less true.

It is really hard to sing with tourettes, but once you have been singing a while you get used to it. I know because I have tourettes.
