Kemdrum forms when there are no planets in the 2nd and 12th of it. Rahu-Ketu are not counted as they are just shadows. If you have a planet in 1st house then there is no kemdrum. Planet watching the moon also reduces the Kemdrum effect. Kemdrum is here to teach you to make yourself emotionally stable and calm, all the time, and find your path, no matter the condition. This yoga creates problems during higher studies and getting employment as these people don't know what they want to do as there is no inner urge in them that I want to do that.
