Better than living in the city. It's too pricey for Americans and lots of racism as well. They deliberately make everything pricey and often lie to us, plus problems with electricity companies, often no parking availability. The only advantage is the location if you don't drive you will be close to everything. I live in Kaiserslautern since November and thinking to move into the base.

How was it moving your dogs. I have two dogs that we are moving over was your dog put on your husband orders ? And what all was needed I have micro chip all shots up to date and rabies

Jay, Juice & Ezzence I only had one dog at the time but yes, your dogs have to be put on his orders but that doesn’t necessarily mean that the military will pay for their tickets! Still have to worry about buying them flights 🤗 in regards to what you need, all you need is what you stated and a 10 day before your flight health certificate for each of them girl! For their crates, they need to be able to stand up without their ears touching the top and be able to turn around in there
