I loved what you said about the heart rate slowing down, because I was experiencing it as you said it. Thank you so much for this video, I really needed it to calm myself down, and hopefully I will now be able to sleep

I think it's kinda funny how most people watch asmr for better sleep. I don't have problems falling asleep, but I do have nightmares. So I mostly watch asmr in the morning, so I can start my day a little bit better.
