Stunning as always! That fin Mythographic page too ny breath away, want a wonderful palette! And your ocean to stars is so vibrant and neat. I may need to fond some of that gold powder now too.... hmm. Thank you for sharing!❤❤❤
All of your pages are absolutely gorgeous as always but that background on your Norse God page is epic... Truly STUNNING. Thank you so much for sharing. Sending love and hugs xxx😊❤❤
Oh wow thank you! I was really out of my comfort zone there…it’s a direction I’d like to go but requires letting go of the death grip I have on my mediums and “go with the flow” 🤣
@HappyCatastrophy I truly love that background sweetheart. And you are such an inspiring colourist to me because you are fearless when it comes to experimenting and trying new mediums. It's so refreshing and really makes me smile xxx😊❤️
Absolutely stunning pages!! I found myself continuously saying “WOW”, every time you showed a new page. I love that you’re exploring and stepping out of your comfort zone. I really need to do that more. And your work with experimenting with the oil pastels is fantastic. I just got a set and have not played with them yet, but after seeing some of your work, it has definitely inspired me, so thank you for that. I can’t wait to see your January pages!!
Your Sagittarius looks so cool!! You are right, O'Briens art is perfect for flat colouring and looks awesome however little or much you do to it. My brain usually won't let me to do that though, it demands I sit at it and shade and highlight and decorate until I drop 🤣🤣🤣I am so jealous of the Artist's Vault although I keep telling myself that I really-really don't need any more Mythographics. Your Mythogoria pages are always so good, it's clear that you really enjoy that style of art and the results show it! The captured Loki page with oils is one of my faves from this month, it looks so vibrant yet earthy at the same time. I think mixed media is the best way to go in that book.
Thank you! Well I am grateful for your brain because you make such beautiful art!! ❤️ I agree with you on mixed media in that Norse Gods book. All that empty space and the sketchy style just begs for it!
Wow! The mouse page turned out so good! I'm glad I was able to help out a bit! ^_^ Yours ended up having a much warmer tone than mine. Amazing how we can get two different looks from the same palette! Great work all around!
So many great pages! I audibly gasped at your Sagittarius page- I love the background, the palette, and how you did her hair. I really love the background on your Norse Gods page- teal + gold happens to be a fav color combo of mine so I think you knocked it out of the park. And the Shakespeare dragon! I love the color palette! Excellent work!
Thank you so much! It’s so nice to hear what you think! I’m learning a ton about backgrounds and color combinations. That Norse God book pushes me to try new things!
All your pages are beautiful. I wish i could get a hold of the oceans deep buts unavailable on amazon. Ill just have to keep checking im also hoping to get more mythigoria group my undead book arrived yesterday but wow i was blown away xx
