    I’m no expert. But these packages of junk food that are tossed out are always called “treats”. Sometimes the treats are fruit, melon, or fruit ices. I am absolutely sure that these animals are fed a healthy, strict diet individually in their cages and are not forced to fight for their sustenance. For entertainment purposes, it’s more interesting and fun to watch them solve the treat puzzles out in their play yard. And we need to remember that we have no idea what sequence the videos are taken. In one episode, we could be watching scenes taken over a month’s time. Jimmy was given a collection of junk food to lure him close to Jeremy so a swab could be taken from his leg. I wouldn’t let my human children eat such a bunch of “nonsense” (as my father called it). But it was critical to lure Jimmy to the window. If you talk to a vet, they will say that anesthesia should be used sparingly. Jimmy was on lots of medication already, and was probably in for a lot more anesthesia for a surgery. Just to touch his leg with a swab it wasn’t necessary to knock Jimmy out…as we saw..

    I have watched this series from the start ,I'm a fan,and I'm not trying to complain too much in one video the thing that also is not correct is the way they feed these monkeys all their treats they throw the whole pile in one spot basically so the dominant ones get everything and the lower ones get nothing it's not fair and it's it can be dealt with in a better way they need to throw them far far far away to Each corner of the pan and if they can't stop the other ones from being that greedy and taking everything maybe they need to dish out the treats when they are in their cages for the evening they just let these dominant males get away with everything and I know that's the way it is in the wild- but we're not in the wild and the younger and lower-ranking monkeys they need treats and Goody's also . they let way too much bullying go on matter-of-fact they encourage it by throwing all of the goodies into one pile my words spread them out or hide them in all different areas of the whole enclosure so everyone gets a fair chance

      It might not be the wild, but they are still primates with a hierarchical society. That’s their instinct that’s been passed down for thousands of years. The keepers are only trying to make their life as normal as possible in the ape/monkey world despite them being in captivity.

      @beccafawn1460 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I agree. I watch alot of ape channels especially the Orangutans. But the chimps especially concern me here. They should be separating the ones on the bottom, so they can eat their portions in peace. Its not like they are in the wild, where they have somewhere else to go to get food. The baby orangutans should be sent to Borneo to a rehab forest school, so they can be prepared to be released into the wild when they are 8 years old.

    • @melanietheresa5978
      @melanietheresa5978 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Staceybug, Unfortunately The world we live in is full of evil and saddistic, truly deranged people. Have you ever seen videos of macaque monkeys? Poor macaques are by far some of the most hated primates on the planet. TH-cam has become a huge platform for videos of both families and individuals alike across Cambodia, Indonesia and other Asian countries who house poached infant macaques. These videos show nothing but horrific abuse and torture of infant macaque monkeys. As if the videos are not God awful enough, many of the comments you will find in the threads of these videos contain comments where people not only applaud the abusive content shown toward the monkeys, but also offer sick suggestions as to what they would like to see happen to the babies. There is unfortunately a huge audience out there of people who enjoy this content. And these poor excuses for human beings who own these channels have found a way to profit off making videos that show this content.
      I am constantly reporting channels and videos on TH-cam for the disgusting blatant mistreatment, abuse and suffering that is shown. This is an industry that has evolved over the last few years. It has become a pivotal role in making those who were once poor and poverty stricken people very wealthy. The owners of these channels literally make thousands of dollars every month and TH-cam in return makes the same amount off of them dollar for dollar. It has become such a huge industry that the more money to be made the less likely TH-cam Steps up to do anything about it. TH-cam violates its own standards and policies by allowing this content to happen. But people are getting wise to this and there have been many a lawsuits brought against TH-cam and its channel holders. The amount of followers and subscribers to all these abuse channels is staggering . But on a more positive note there are still thousands of people just like me who are fighting to bring this sick industry to an end. There is nothing cute about taking a helpless infant monkey from its mother and trying to make it act like a human. Bringing it into a human household where it is starved, teased with food,, fed food that is not part of its natural diet, manhandled, forced to wear dirty diapers for days on end and be dressed in children's clothing. What may at first look okay to the human eye is really just a facade for the Unspeakable suffering these poor monkeys go through both on and off the camera. Primates are very sensitive and complex creatures. And while they are extremely sociable, they are more so sociable with their own kind and absolutely do not belong living in a human household. These infants are starved and made to perform in front of a camera when they are barely old enough to walk. Some of them still have the umbilical cord attached to them. And for the most part just about every channel has the same scenario ... the baby monkey was abandoned. Which we now know is a complete and utter lie. There is no species in the history of the world that abandons its Offspring as much as they claim macaque monkeys supposedly do. How can literally thousands of infants be abandoned daily by their mothers ? Its beyond ridiculous to say such words...
      In more than 85% of the world it is illegal to have a monkey as a pet. So By saying the monkey is abandoned is only an excuse to give as to why they have possession of the monkey. It's still illegal to keep the monkey within your possession and these people are aware of this but from a demographic standpoint it is hard for authorities to locate these people since most of the locations where the abusers
      Live are a lot of times off the Grid and almost always in some rural part of a third world country. You will notice when reading the headliners of many of their videos that the grammar and execution of the English language is something they have yet to master as a lot of times their sentences do not make sense. Some of these infant creatures are barely of size to fit in the palm of your hand they are so small and helpless. Thousands of videos showing tiny fragile infant macaques being doused with bottles full of liquid dish soap and slathered until they can't open their little eyes. Once the owner of the monkey decides it's finally time for the diaper to come off the poor baby monkey is bathed several times a day only to be diapered again on camera and left in that diaper for days on end so that it can then develope a rash so raw and painful that just hearing the monkey cry when removing the diaper is enough to make the eyes tear up of any human being with a conscience. Personally I have never even seen a human child suffer such horrible rashes and disfigurement from sitting in a soiled diaper the way I have witnessed these poor monkeys endure and they aren't even supposed to wear diapers. These sick people will sit there rubbing and massaging on The Money's genitalia for several minutes Insinuating they are trying to heal the infant's rash when in fact this is just part of the sick show for all the people who get off on watching this insanity. You can find these videos all over TH-cam. But you can also find videos that are made to bring awareness to this industry that include links and are posted to report and also show the hundreds of investigations being done. Helpful respectable videos Encouraging people to be a part of the solution to this disgraceful and inhumane industry. If you love primates as it sounds you do, I highly suggest you join the fight to help put an end to the heart wrenching business of primates who are needlessly suffering daily at the hands of these sick people. If enough people stand together on this we can make a huge difference...
      Slowly but surely iT IS starting to happen. ❤

      @@melanietheresa5978 I agree with you. I have unfortunately had the displeasure of running into some of those videos. I have reported them as well. I’ve also reported some of these insane comments too. I mean it’s so confusing and sickening. I don’t understand why they continue to watch the videos of animals they despise so much just to make a comment. For what? They’re gonna put their little comment and then what? Is it gonna pay their bills? Is it gonna get them a raise? Absolutely not, it’s just foolish. The world is full of demons and a good chunk of them are indeed here on TH-cam. It’s sad.

      Appreciate your positive feedback.
      I must say that it does give me hope and brings a sense of joy whenever I am able to come across people who are compassionate for these animals and are like-minded in regard to this matter. The fact that so many people are starting to learn the truth and being made aware of this problem is a huge step in helping to end it.. I am so happy to hear that you have also reported the things you have noticed.
      The more of us that continue to report not just the abusers and their videos, but also the sick audience members who keep raising the supply and demand of this vile trend by posting their deranged comments, the more TH-cam will be forced to take the necessary actions to ban all of it. Of course banning the videos is not going to put a total end to the abuse of macaques completely. But if people can't use social media as a platform to post their multiple channels containing the abusive content, it will certainly put a huge dent in just how many of these babies who are being poached every moment of the day in order for these lowlifes to rake in all the money they make off being able to show abuse all over the world. Once we can make it so that there is one less way for them to profit off the abuse the less likely they will be to go out and rip these infants from their mothers and the natural life that they were meant to live. God bless

      @@justicekrista5665 yeah cause your a primate specialist right???🤔WRONG!!!SO SIT DOWN AND KEEP YOUR MOUTH🤐🤫🫢… These people are absolutely amazing with all of the animals/primates. The cruelty these beautiful primates came from is nauseating. All of the people at Monkey World have given them life again, like a “normal” primate should be living.

    Out of all the programs I've seen about primates I've never seen any of the animals eat the whole banana peel and all the way Jimmy did in this video.

      I noticed that too. Over the past 6 years I've watched quite a lot of monkey content, mostly rhesus macaques and this series here. All almost always peel everything they eat, although if food is scarce and/or one is very hungry, they will eat the peel too. I'm guessing the peel is mainly avoided due to not being as tasty, but think I remember someone saying that it may be to avoid potential harm (not sure if there are some native fruits/vegetables somewhere with peel that could be harmful for specific animal species to eat).

      They don't do that because it'll cause fights. Chimps do share with each other across ranks, there's a societal balance they keep when they're provided with the right resources.

      @@pr0v0cative4pple I just finished watching the newest release bad boy champ makes a new friend will it last? go to the 18-minute mark you will see they make a bunch of large ice pops and hand them out basically into one pile then of course as usual the dominant male comes and takes all of them I mean one in every foot hand and mouth he can carry and the others are left with nothing and then the the youngest few begging for some get beat up for it and ends up getting none .it happens very often on this channel please pay attention ,and yes I'm all well aware their hierarchy but they are not in the wild where they can just go to the next tree and get some extra food .. these people are in charge of giving each chimp a proper amount of food and they do not do that .these animals are in a cage and it is the keepers jobs to make sure that every single animal is fed equally because they have no other resource to get food and I am very educated and well aware of their hierarchy system that may work well in the jungle ,but it's not working well in this enclosure that all of the misfortunate monkeys have wound up closed in together ,and a clueles staff not knowing how to distribute treats to where everybody gets some

    This is a great Zoo ,butI do have an issue with some of their methods.. stop poo-c footing around Dart the animal and get the wound cleaned dressed and done properly RIGHT AWAY.. with the wound this bad there is no time for these games this monkey's life is on the line --Dart him and get him proper Medical Care before it's too late. Yes I know they're excuses they can't put dressings or anything on it because the monkey will remove it well then maybe he needs to stay sedated for a while humans get put in medical induced Comas for months if they have to to give them time to heal maybe this monkey being gently restrained and anesthetized kept heavily sedated while it heals a little bit at least they're just in my book letting this monkey die cuz offering at Mountain Dew and trying to swab its knee it's way past that level you don't need a swab or a culture to know that this is life-threatening wound
