Absolute bodybag round, best round I've seen from him in years. Shuffle's third was also written really well, unfortunately he was stumbling too much so you can't really give him the round but it was super solid material. Charron clearly got this, way more prepared. I wasn't really wowed by his second or third round but he did enough to make it his battle, even if Shuffle hadn't choked/stumbled. I especially liked Charron coming after Shuffle for constantly shitting on wordplay and punchline rapping like it's cheap while obsessing over multis like that makes any sense at all. Shuffle's first two rounds didn't really do much for me, would feel that way even without the slip ups. I was surprised considering how crazy he went against Shotty, not sure what happened there. Third was amazing writing wise but again, with the multiple stumbles it can't be given that much credit.
It's like that's the only angle they can take against Charron... But it doesn't work. Like they play the empathy card (of them being more "hip-hop) when in fact it's them having a lack of bars... Very entertaining battle. Disappointing to see Shuffle bumble his way through, but I could still make out the bars he was aiming for. Charron set the tone. He was almost inappropriately combative and aggressive at times, reminding everyone what battle rap is. Don't get too comfortable.
