Im sorry the kids are 9 and 13 end cant be left in a pool unattended
It was only a couple of minutes and the pool wasn’t that deep either way.
What- 9 and 13 isn’t as young as you think I’m guessing
Im guessing theres were other adults in the pool so if there was an accident in those 5 minutes it would be resolved

I know a child who is 12 and was left in a pool alone those kids are not toddlers i get that things could happen but they were in the shallow end.
