@@alejandrolazos2802 ik bro he told me in a dif comment it’s only if you buy his review packet but he’s releasing it for free next year on TH-cam…bro I’ll be way past AP euro by then😭
Ur literally a life savor. I noticed that u skipped the unit of 1815-1914 I’m wondering if ur going to make a unit video of it? Because this is video would have been the last one 1914-present
Just so you know, the thumbnails reference the period (in this case 1914-present) and the videos are about the unit (1648-1815). This is also true of your previous unit videos. Love the content though, thank you!
Hi Heimler! Quick question. I bought the ultimate review packet for AP WH and my question is...do you suggest that I go and review your individual, in depth videos for each unit or do you think for the ap exam that the review packet is enough? Count on the fact that I haven't really done the best at retaining information this year (lol)
Not Heimler >< but I took World last year and got a 5 from only his videos on TH-cam! I also bought his packet but didn't use it much but I still think it's an excellent and well-made resource for units that you struggle with! Hope that helps and if you need any more help let me know!
@@ccrimmm hello I see you got a 5 on apwh exam. How much did you focus on studying content as opposed to writing skills like DBQ and LEQ. I really don’t know what/how to study. Thanks.
@@darkvader7699 I actually never did a single DBQ/LEQ besides the DBQ/LEQ my teacher did right on the week before the exam (we were mega behind). What I did was look up examples of people who got all/almost all the points (besides contextualization, which Heimler made a recent video about) and see what they put to get the point. Highly recommend reading the rubrics thoroughly. Knowing your content is great and all, but knowing WHAT you are writing is more important in my opinion. I also saved time on them by reading the prompt(s) and immediately writing my contextualization and thesis (which Heimler has a template for it: "Although (counterargument), because of (point 1) and (point 2), (argument)." EDIT: To also add on, I learned the content by using the four major time periods (ex. 1200-1450, 1450-1750, etc) every time I saw a question. If you know the major "themes" (like imperialism in 1700-1900s as an example) for each time periods, then just ask yourself the specific questions like "what's continuing here from the last one? what's not? what caused (event here) to happen and what were the effects? how did other nations and states react?"
@@ccrimmm I'm honestly more worried about the multiple choice than the leq/saq/dbq. Believe it or not, every week I do anywhere from 3-5 of them, so I've done enough and gotten enough 100%'s to be confident in my essay skills lol. I'm more worried about the mc because they have to fill up the 55 mcq with something, and that "something" , is what I'm worried about, considering they're probably going to ask for me to recall detail and specific people/events. Any advice for that?
Basically what I mean is the LEQ/any essay questions ask ONE question, and want you to go into detail about that ONE questiokn/topic/idea. The thing that scares me is that the mcq will ask me 55 DIFFERENT questions and I'm worried that I don't know enough to answer it all and I'm wondering if I can get all the info I need from Heimler's videos
@@heimlershistory That's a bit of a disappointment :(... I think you should add a pinned comment in this video telling people that unit 5-9 is only available on the review packet, since a lot of people think you'll release more. Besides that thanks for releasing the four units! They're really high quality and extremely useful.
Who else procrastinated until one day before the AP test?
Hey Heimler love the video but the video picture saids 1914-Present. I am not sure if it’s easy to fix just wanted to inform. I wish you the best.
