And that's why he says ''Cause you're my hero''. Meaning that she achieved her goal, and she's now his hero in his eyes too!
The perspective of the lyrics changes several times, so from the beginning it's Deku telling that it's his own burden that he should face alone so he wouldn't place anyone in danger. Then the perspective changes to Uraraka saying that Deku doesn't have to be alone and she can be his hero so he won't fall apart from his burden.
