As an American, I've always heard references to Felicity Kendal but was never really exposed to her. I must say I'm becoming a great admirer even if it's a little late.
She isn't ageless anymore - she finally stopped using fillers - "there comes a time when bits of you have to match" - and she is a great advertisement for not ever starting down the botox path. She now has wrinkles and lines where she normally wouldn't except for the over use of botox.
She no longer does that. She realized her body was out-ageing her facial appearance. When in an industry where ageing is frowned upon, it's little wonder women succumb to this, especially if they were known as a sex pot. Otherwise it's not seen as ageing gracefully, it's "getting old" or "letting yourself go". Why ruin your face? Because people criticize the alternative...constantly.
