Yea Joe definitely wasn’t the reason. I specifically remember raging in that game because he did, in fact, have turnovers. Still love Joe through and through, but that was the worst game to pick haha. Jaylen wright and James Pearce were monsters for that game as well.
Joe wasn't the reason you won it. If I said he was the "reason" Tennessee I misspoke. I was wrong about 0 turnovers. He did have 1 turnover that game in a scoring position, thankfully defense didn't let it cost you 10-14 points. I think Milton played good enough for you to win. Yes, Tennessee's special teams won the game winning touchdown but, Tennessee's defensive play won you that game. I think Joe gets credit for his performance in that because he didn't force the issue all night. Things weren't easy in that game and outside of trying to squeeze a ball in a nonexistent gap, the int, he played a pretty clean game. That's why I go back to defense won that game. Go Vols!
