wait what didn't know that chaewon was this good at rapping!! though she could have switched her rap parts with exy as chaewon's part needs more power and exy's part is a little to cutesy to the normal exy-raps! anw april and wjsn had a great collab though this perf could have showcased their vocals more!
Chaewon's vocals aren't powerful, but they are beautiful. Look up her Baby Kara video singing Cry Me Out. She deserves to be the main vocal.

I'm a starship stan but seriously so far Dawon has really underwhelmed me this entire time. She keeps on choosing songs that just don't suit her vocal tone. This performance was really lackluster and i'm not surprised they're rank second last out of all the collabs performed tonight. HOPEFULLY, Hyorin can tell her which/what songs suit her and which don't!
Lets be fair here, she has to not OVERPOWER Jinsol for the performance because unlike some rapper who said: "We are not a team", this is a team performance and I dont think they will look very nice if Dawon choose a Adele or Beyonce song that may suit her better but they are not suited for Jinsol's vocals.
Ofc, I want her to win, I want her to get someone like Uji/Sojung/Bohyung where she can show off her vocals better but in this round, we got what we got and I think they did an OK job. I am a fan of both groups and I was expecting a hot mess for this performance, but it did not happen. So props for of them.
She doesn't need Hyorin to tell her what suits her & what doesn't. She did fine with You're The Best, but with this stage she didn't need to overpower others especially if Jinsol's own vocals aren't as powerful. I think she did fine her, it's about teamwork. This show isn't just about winning & Dawon has come a long way since episode 1.
Hyorin already gave her advise on how to choose a song that fits your voice and howto rearrange but...
this perf was underwhelming for sure... didn't want to make this comment but can't help but feel dawon went too soft in her voice to match jinsol... jinsol showed she can go high, even if it's brief. can't help but wish they made some adjustments to highlight their voices a lot more.

that awkward moment when both main vocalists of April can rap. Yena may be pushed back though.

It is great to see April and Cosmic Girls perform songs from their senior groups, but I think it would be better if they perform "Give It To Me" instead of "Touch My Body". The choreography of it suits younger groups. And speaking of April, I actually started following them soon after watching their "Mister" cover last September. BTW I am so surprised with Chaewon's undeniable rap, as well as the rearrangement of both songs.
