I think what makes ochako "weak" is that she requires skill. Most people like playing one button win characters like dabi or endeavor, but i like a challenge which is why i main ochako. She has to use her entire kit, which again is why i love her. This buff has definitely increased her gameplay but enormous amounts, and i speak for all us uravity mains when i say its Perfect. In the right hands she can become an unstoppable beast or shes the weakest of all the characters. I do still think she needs a buff, but not what you may think. I believe her grapple should get a length increase at all lvls. Lets be honest whether you main uravity or casually play her, we've all been put in a situation where her grapple wont reach. This goes especially for her when in float. I think they should also consider decreasing how long it takes to get her alphas back once all used at lower lvls. Thoughts?
I've played Uraraka since Season 1 and the shift in meta has basically demanded that you learn her optimal combos in order to even have a chance of competing. She's hard to play and easy to take down since a single mistake can spell death from a large majority of the cast (Kaminari, Endeavor, Strike Dabi, etc.). When she's good, she's FANTASTIC and you feel like a god for pulling off her really rewarding combos. She just also has a lot of drawbacks when characters can really easily burst her down.
I think the thing that made the rapids get kinda shadowed in S6 because of the following: -Most of them (exclude brainrotted gaming deadpool) are characters that you actually have to be a really good player overall AND with the character itself to use them to the max performance -Good rapid players tend to dominate other players in a way that I think the devs don't seem to like that much, since they seem to have the ideia that the good characters are the ones that K.O in less than 15 seconds and everyone that don't have this playstyle is just a folder character to give skins that equals more gachas that equals more money -When you make like 3 characters capable of burst killing most of the cast in two skills with way too much range/tracking, casual people wouldn't want to play the ones that are most vulnerable to dying for them, so they become a kinda niche type who isn't big enough to get in the devs radar In the end, is a pretty simple problem, Rapids are hard to get good with, people get good with them and wipes the floor with everyone The devs lauched characters that hard-counter rapids by nature to balance it, overcompensate making these characters way too good against rapids Rapid mains stop playing rapids to play types that can survive the rapids counters New players aren't push towards rapids cuz they're hard to learn, not worth in the actual meta and no one else plays them The type kinda dies outside the most recent ones (Blue Bakugou, Twice, Mirio) that can survive the meta demons
It's kind of the same thing in every moba type game, rapid/assassin type characters require experienced players to play with max performance and are squishy
Omg THANK YOU! I open my mouth about Froppy needing a buff an comments crucify me. As if my experience with rapids is invalid. Ochako and Asui are the only two whom Movements require extra steps to do ( be airborne first and hit a surface) all other mobility on other characters just works.
@@JxstG true but black whip also has another function that can set people up for massive damage its a grab same as Aizawa. Also Deku has his kick which needs no conditions

@@JxstG thats "if" you hit, once you hit them they just tank the hit turn around an kick you in the face. Youll take more damage then you dish out, unless they are caught off guard an/or blindsided. Yeah hit them enough and they'll run, but most will turn an fight.
I feel like rapids have been getting countered a lot lately playing rapid bakugou rn is kind of hard just due to the fact that if i mess up one single beta i get killed especially since sometimes his alpha and beta don't work properly like the alpha just won't come out or the beta will be locked to moving in one direction the thing is learning him was one of the funnest experiences i had not as good as becoming a beast with tech dabi but pretty high up there just wish aiming rapid bakugous alpha was a tad bit easier

Strike Dabi is making so many people lose their mains it seems. I main the Technical version and even though I have his skill set I don't like using it because I'm pretty skilled with his default kit and I prefer the challenge his lack of mobility presents. Each season I could still climb the ranks as him without much difficulty, that was until now. Unfortunately Tech Dabi is now seen as easy-pickings in comparison to Strike Dabi, especially this season, so I get focused hard when I try to play him. It's gotten so bad trying to use the guy that I'll get kicked from teams just for trying to play him, and a lot of people that I have managed to Down in a match end up ragequitting as if losing to a Tech Dabi is such a personal problem to them. It's getting stupid how much Strike is getting glorified because of his busted beta tracking that I can't use Technical this season pretty much ever. The added salt in the wound is having 2 seperate Strike Dabis in a match ignore each other just to take you down because you're "inferior".
Also I was playing momo today and me and my team took out a team which had a red dabi he did escape but it was him in a 1v3 which my team was an endeavor mt lady and momo/me and he was trying to get the box from across the map and I saw him and shot my cannons instantly guardbreaking him and doing 326 damage to his main hp so he was forced to use his plus chaos😂😂
I just wonder why everyone calls the car a Honda Civic. It's like they've never even seen a Honda Civic before lol The car is supposed to be a Crown Victoria which is obvious if you look them up.
no rapids are almost impossible to kill a mirio can literally 3v1 entire teams escape any predicament twice could literally melt anyone instantly with a gamma which is impossible to dodge dont get me started on lidia either rapids in general are the most annoying role in this game and its not even close
