Yes i agree with you just so much dear...I cleared all the rounds GROUP DISCUSSSION,PERSONAL INTERVIEW,ONE ON ONE INTERVIEW...stood from morning to evening...even before that studied heavily to improve my communication...wrote everything from resume to all routine questions for this role....but despite my finest communication and answers...i was rejected and they selected a girl who was more clear skin...so i felt so bad..that i just dont want go for this job,,,but my passion for this job never dies ...and i forget these problems and concerns and then go to recruitment venues again!!....thank you for just speaking it yr

I got interviewed four times with the same airline and each time I cleared all round inspite of this I never got selected, one time they told me to socialize more , I always try to introspect and think where did I go wrong.
From my POV... If the mark is too much visible then its ok to let them go but these airlines reject candidates just for a little scar which is not even visible until someone will look at it very deeply... Which can be covered by watch and can be concealed.. and yes its high time to raise our voices... Proud of you 💗

Mam i belong to a quite remote area in madhya pradesh and they're not conducting Interviews here my parents wese against my decision still i went to mumbai struggled 2 hours did my makeup spent my money and energy and when i reached there , unfortunately it started raining and because of the humidity my whole makeup got washed away and my white shirt got stained but still i kept myself composed and did my makeup again looking at a car's side mirror because there were no AC at the venue and she rejected me just because of my grooming even though i spoke really well

@@ankitakhansuli2209 Protein intake is must to increase your height. If your weight is 50 kgs then you should 50gms of protein daily. It's crucial. You can take whey protein or Eat eggs chicken whatever you can. Daily 200 normal Jumps mandatory. You can do skipping rope as well. Jumps plays big role to increase height. Just remember Protein is very very important.

I would tell you a ointment, for removal scar mark, ( medisalic ointment) , you should use that, I had a scar mark I also removed that, 😊😊
