    Hello mam mujhe 2 saal se anxiety hai phle pannik attack 10/20 minutes k aate the pr ab mujhe pannik attack aate hai to 2 /3 hour rhte body me vibration hota hai or haath ko m us time movement bhi nhi kr skti us time haatho se puri treh energy chli jati hai ek pencil tk nhi pkkd pati kya kru mam plz help me bhut preshan hu is anxiety se khana bhi nhi kha pati anxiety hoti hai tb

      I can understand bhook nhi lgti hogi, body shake krti hai and chest heaviness and oll. Simply visit to physicatrist he/she will make u feel better. Wo apko therapy denge,some light medicine denge jisse happy harmone increase ho and change ur routine visit temple. Read or listen hanuman chalisha and do deep breathing like anulom vilom daily 10 mins as a bignner. It will take some time but it will go but visit dr first.

    Medam ji ye negative soch to barte hi ja raha hai kiya karu mai jo ye negative soch na aye medam ji aaj sabere ko ek bayakti ne mujh se pucha kaise ho wo baykti mujhe pahechnta tha par maine use nahi pahechana Tab se uske bare me soch kar anxiety OR ghabraht baicheni Ho rahi hai esa lag raha hai ki mai US bayakti se kaise milu mai to uska ghar bhi nahi pahechan ta wo kon tha mhujhe kaise pahenchata hai ye sab soch soch kar anxiety bp high baicheni ho rahi hai OR ye sab din par din barte HI jaa raha hai esi karan mai 2din se Sonya nahi Hu es Karan mai hospital me bharti hogya hu plz medam Ji video banye apka bohot abhar hoga plz plz medam ji'

      मेरे भैया ये बीमारी पूरी तरह से ठीक हो जाती है देखिए ऐसा तो कोई इंसान नहीं जो गलत न जानता हो यदि आज से आपके दिमाग में भगवान के बारे में कोई गलत विचार यानी की sexual though ऐसा लगता रहा है की मैं उन्हें पैरों से कुचल दूगा कही उनके ऊपर टॉयलेट कर दूगा तो आप उन विचारों को रोको मत भगवान से माफी मत मांगो जब विचार आए तो दिमाग से कहो कोई बात नही ये तो एक विचार है और ये कुछ भी आ सकता है जो भी जानकारी बचपन से मेरे दिमाग में गई उससे संबंधित,
