Hey guys todays vlog is about our visit to The Global Vipassana Pagoda in Gorai Mumbai. It is one of the seven wonders of Maharashtra. It is built in Burmese style architecture to show gratitude towards Buddha, his teaching and the community of monks practicing his teachings. It is also known for peace and harmony. The world's largest stone dome built without any supporting pillars. Here we can experience one of the most ancient meditation technique, also the dome hall has a capacity of around 8000 meditators. It is beautiful beyond words and the way to reach this place is an adventure in itself. We need to take train to reach Borivali station, Auto or bus to reach Gorai creek and then a ferry from Gorai creek to reach Pagoda. The overall experience is awesome and peaceful.
