  • My first homemade lowcost quadruped robot.
    Mechanic parts made by 3d printer. OrangepiZero computer, mpu, powerful rc servos, 2s li-ion battery...
    When I finish the project it will openhardware and may opensource.

    Sorry, i was very busy and could not spare time for the kangal project. By the way, I finished version 2 a long time ago. But rc servos seem to have reached the limit for this job. That's why I left this project. Now I am working on low cost bldc servo controller like mit mini cheetah actuators...

      @@3d_printall Ofcourse. Allready rc servos are not fast enough. A 20ms update rate seems sufficient for this robot. During this time, kinematics can be calculated easily. Arduino is enough for this.

    Müthiş! Gerçekten bazı şirketler o kadar çok parayla gülünç şeyler ortaya çıkarıyor ki şu proje hepsini tokatlar. Noksanliklar ve yazılım stabil olunca açık kaynak olarak paylaşmayı düşünüyorum demişsiniz fakat açık kaynağın amacı el birliği ile bu noksanliklari gidermek ve varsa sizin gözden kaçırdıklarınızı iyileştirmek içindir. Github'a koyup detaylı bir documation yapılırsa global olarakta gelişmesine katkı sağlayanlar gerek yazılım gerek tasarım mutlaka olacaktır.

      Güzel. Yay meselesi güncelleme listesinde dahildi zaten :) ancak bu rc servolarda geri besleme olmadığından soft olmayacaktır. Sadece servo yükünü almak icin ise yaratacaktir.

İlk teker taştandı ve maliyeti daha ucuzdu. şimdiki lastik firmaları gidip taştan tekerden ders mi alsın? Yazarken ne yazdığınızı bir ölçün tartın

    Very cool toys! I'm very interested a robot to tinker with. I'm a retired equipment engineer looking for a new hobby since quadcopters have become more or less illegal. I grew up modifying equipment and re-designing/retrofitting machines for different tasks. I would love to find a bot project that I could start with to tweak and modify. There are some similar looking bots out there on the market available now to buy. I like DIY projects and don't mind sourcing and building the electro-mechanical parts or even 3D printing. Unfortunity I'm not a software guy and at my age I'm sure I don't want to learn new language. I surely don't plan on doing any part of this endeavor to teach myself a new skill for working. I'm a very intense hobbyist but I don't want to recreate another wheel. I'm not sure a open source bot makes since for me but I would like to be able to teach moves via actual physical servo deactivated motor counts or maybe even a virtual reality program. I absolutely hate the keyboard communication idea and always have. It always seemed such an antiquated form of communication. That's just me. I know I'm weird. I would love to have a bot to pace me along with my Onewheel. I love dogs but our society makes it dangerous for them in public places. Since there don't seem to be any unleased robot laws yet, I think it would be cool to try. LOL Any suggestions would be appreciated .

    Bu şeylerin yazılımı çok zor iş gibi geliyor bana. Bacaklar için rota planlaması, bacak hedefi belirlenmesi, eklem açısal ivme, hız, konum kontrolleri, bunların hepsinin parametrik yaklaşımlarla robot yüksekliği ile ayarlanması falan. Bana uzun iş gibi geliyor. Açık kaynak bi örnek olmadan bunu sağlayabiliyorsanız şapka çıkartmak isterim. Böyle bir robotun yapımı, hazırlığı ve montajı da oldukça zor işler, bunun yanında mekanik tasarımı da zaman alacak bir iş, güzel zaman ayırılmış bu bölüme de, çok karmaşık olmasa da deneme yanılma ister gibi geliyor bana, para ve emek harcamıssınız. Elinize sağlık demek düşer bana da :D Çok beğendim.

      Aslında başta ben de böyle düşünmüştüm ama çalıştıkca işlerin aslında o kadar zor olmadığı anladım. Benim yaptığım 4 ayak uç noktasının gövde merkezine olan kinematiğini hesaplayıp formül oluşturmak. Yani sadece matematik. Ben sadece bu sanal noktaları koordinat düzleminde hareket ettiriyorum, yazılım tüm eklem açılarını, hız, ivme vb hepsini kendisi hesaplayıp hareket ettiriyor :)

      I'm using solidworks. It doesnt support ROS. But i am working on vrep simulation.
