Hi MariaLeonoraTeresa, here are some of our insights and feedbacks for this Unit: • For almost a year of using this unit we can say that it's really worth it. • The inner space both fridge and freezer are perfectly sufficient for us. • It didn't affect our electric bill much. We observed that this unit consumes lesser electricity than our old refrigerator. • We're very impressed with its vegetable storage. We've forgot to consume an apple from our new year's celebration for 3 months yet it didn’t get rooten, it's just lost its crunchiness but its shape and size remains, it really keeps our fruits and vegetables fresh for a long time. Especially when those are fully covered with clingwrap. • The Prime Fresh Freezer is very useful, there we store our homemade lumpia, sausages, marinated pork and fish and it won't freez too much like we can really cook it directly fresh from the refrigerator onto a pan without defrosting those. • We loved that the freezer won't get frost, unlike our old refrigerator that the ice on it consumes almost the whole space of the freezer like we won't be able to put another container inside, and we need to defrost it at least twice a month. Compared in this unit that it automatically defrost it self. • We also loved how the freezer creates ice cubes really fast, we also make a lot of ice bags and be able to sell more of it since it has a bigger space than our old one. • The only one thing that we're quite dismay is in its control system. When the electricity blacks out and comes again after a couple of seconds the set up of this unit didn't goes back on its previous one. It will automatically set itself into a higher set up which has a higher consumption of electricity, and it won't set back into our last set. This is a bit problem especially when this scenario happen and weren't at home. The electric consumption would definitely goes high. Thank you so much for asking po. I really appreciate it.🥰

Hi ask lang po, yung tubig sa pipe water evap hindi na ba dinedrain?.. yung salaan ng tubig sa likod.. napanood ko kasi sa iba hindi na daw dinedrain..hindi kasi naexplain samin yon..medjo marami na kasing tubig yung samin, di ko sure kung tatanggalin ko yung screw nung salaan para idrain..

Quick question here, I notice the touch control panel blue lights on the outside are always on, unlike the EcoNavi green light which only turns on occasionally when it runs efficiently. Is it the same for your unit too? If that's normal, I'm just concerned that when the control panel lights are turned on all the time like that, the lights' service life will be reduced right? Thanks!

Hi po Razel Devera, Polyethylene plastic screen or green plastic screen po yung kinabit namin sa likod, para maiwasan po ang pag pasok ng mga ipis at daga, may mga wires po kc dun na pwede nila mangatngat kaya tinakloban po namin, screen lang po para may air pa din po na ng cicirculate sa loob, wala dn po itong epekto ng performance po ng ref😊 salamat po😊

Hi jenny fuun, According to my research, studies have shown that we open and use the refrigerator more often than the freezer especially during at night. We're rarely retrieve anything from freezer at night for cooking but only in the day where there is enough light to see. Plus, most freezers have pull-out drawers, which means we pull the items out into the light of the room, rather than peer into its murky depths when getting food. This is the main reason why there has no light inside the freezer. Note: The freezer will have ice build up and likelihood of the ice build up inside the bulb is the same. Since when the door is closed, bulb not lit and the temperature will drop. It will either damaging the bulb or shorting the bulb connection (ice build up in the AC connection area) yet causing the AC supply experience tripping. But, fact is, light in freezer does exist in some high-end units. Freezer light needs a special housing and bulb which can add hundreds to the cost of the unit. Thank you☺️

Hi Mr Christmas, Ow I’m so sorry for that, I’ll try my best to make this have a subtitle so you and for those who cannot understand our language won’t be confused on what I am discussing on this video.🤗 Anyway, does the green light you’ve mentioned was the light appeared on its control panel? If does, it is the indicator of one of its functions called Econavi. It will only light for a couple of seconds then gone, it’s just making a sign that the Econavi function is working.😊 And lastly, yes you can store sausages and fries in its primefresh drawer. Just follow the FIFO “First In First Out” rule to avoid spoilages. Store your older raw meats/ frozen foods in the Primefresh so that you use them first and there are no need of defrosting, while the newer raw meats will be in its freezer. 🤗 Thank you so much😊

@@LDsKitchen yung sa ibang panasonic ref po kasi may alarm daw po. Yung sa amin kasi wala din po alarm. Kadalasan after 1 or 2 mins daw po nagbbeep. Iniisip ko baka may sira yung ref namin hehe kasi walang alarm or baka wala pala talaga

Yes po, naobserbahan po namin na umiilaw lang po sya pag bigla po nawala ung electricity then pag balik po ng electricity ay umiilaw po ng color green indicating na gumagana po ung econavi, mawawala din po kaagad ung ilaw after a couple of seconds po😊😊

Hi jay wotv, sorry po sa late reply, kauuwi ko lang po kc, bale nag rarange po sa 1,500-1,800 ang monthly electricity bill po namin, depende n dn po sa pag gamit ng aircon, pero ung refrigerator po continues lng ang pag gamit.

Hi po sir alfredo root, Same lang po sa old ref namin ang pinagkaiba lang po wala pa po kami aircon noon, kaya ung bill po namin ngayon na 1,500-1,800 kasma na po ang konsumo ng aircon po namin😊😊

@@LDsKitchen yung sa ibang panasonic ref po kasi may alarm daw po. Yung sa amin kasi wala din po alarm. Kadalasan after 1 or 2 mins daw po nagbbeep. Iniisip ko baka may sira yung ref namin hehe kasi walang alarm or baka wala pala talaga
@Klaudine Kate Putungan sinubukan po naming patagalin na open po ang pinto hanggang 2mins pero wala pong alarm, mas maganda po sana kung nag-aalarm pag ganun para incase na hindi naidiin ang pag sarado ng pinto ay mag aalarm hehehehe
