  • The sale of alcohol is forbidden or severely restricted in Quebec's Nunavik region, but bootleggers are skirting the rules. They ship bottles of liquor with high alcohol percentages to sell at steep prices. Radio-Canada's Enquête follows the path of the bootleggers and the struggle to keep alcohol at bay in northern Quebec.
