Excelente aporte. Me quedo con aquella visión de que estamos en un mundo inmerso en un mar de información en constante crecimiento, el rol de la educación actual debe ser el enseñar a nadar en ella. Gracias.

I agree with the point of view of Pierre Lévy, because all the virtual issues and the artificial intelligente make a contribution in all the human beings field; above all science, where data became the most important to create the new systems that nowadays exist.
Besides, He is right when he say that all this colective intelligente improve all the cognitive systems making use of these technologies to move forward a new world. I must highlight that these same technology has reach all this due to the speed of communication between us and the way in which creates new opportunities to fulfill the world needs with the people knowledge.
    Thank you ☺.

💯I agree with you about what you highlight about technology, however human beings must take into account how dangerous the excessive use of technology can be in daily activities such as the use of artificial intelligence or excess electronic devices. If we are able to put our human nature above everything, we will be able to make our communicative nature

Personally I am according with all of Pierre's points of view.
It makes sense to think today in a collective intelligence and constant transformation of humanity. Is clear that technology played an important role in the development of the new generation.
Considering the way of Pierre's explained, I believe that was interesting not only the information offered us but also the introspection that he did.

About the video, I found very interesting Pierre's point of view emphasizing that the objective of collective intelligence is the recognition and mutual enrichment of people. It is impossible for everyone to be wise about everyone, but we can know about a specific area, and thanks to new technologies and the power of the internet we can bring together all these micro-knowledges creating a collective intelligence. If we use collective intelligence properly, we can significantly reduce individual cognitive biases, because through collaboration with other people and knowing their way of thinking or acting, we can open our minds creating a more developed critical thinking.

Is very interesting the interview with this genius, I was particularly surprised by the mention that in the future we will have all information systematized in our minds, this means that the tendency is to become in a species of information tasting and reproducing “machine” like a computer.
Another commentary that caught my attention and maybe to the people young is not so relevant, is to be able consult information with total freedom, to know what is happening in other countries, to have de freedom to choose what to see, what to listen and what to be informed about is definitely a great and valuable advance.

I think this video highlights very much the importance of the invention of writing and its impact on the growth of the society in which we live.
The use of symbols to store information has allowed us to accumulate knowledge and use it for the benefit of humanity. As benefits of the mechanization and reproduction of symbols is the improvement in the memory of the human being.
Another aspect to highlight on the part of symbolic mutation is the constant change of education, as we have more access to information we acquire more knowledge and ability to create new technologies.

Excellent contribution to humanity, a term that includes everyone. We all know things because they have been passed down from generation to generation.
Today, the internet allows collective intelligence to be transferred faster and to more people.
Using collective intelligence properly can help advance human development.

Sin dudas que al hombre lo que le permitió evolucionar mucho más rápido fue la lingüística, para luego prolongar conocimientos en la escritura.
    Excelente aporte. Muchas gracias.

Pierre Lévy talks about the progress of the manipulation of symbols by people over the years, the impact of the symbols on the learning and tecnhology development, thanks to this we have been able to accumulate past information and knowledge valuable even if they are written in others symbols that we not use. the manipulation of symbols has avanced to reach new technologies with which we can store an infinity of information and trasmit it, as well as we can learn from past cultures and cominication with the rest of the world.

Pierre Levy tells us how intelligence advances, and I totally agree. With advances such as the printing press, the industrial revolution have been the cause of something collective, learning to communicate with the creation of symbols (alphabet) or numerical system, and building information among all people. then came the internet, the interconnection of the entire world, it has made information available to everyone.

All knowledge is based on experience and reasoning, I prefer this phrase, because I share it and identify with it, and it is because human beings today must keep it in mind, in any field, we must first think before acting and learn from our mistakes (we gain experience); and that is because humanity grows and develops even more, because with the information from years ago, errors, etc… we are acquiring and developing more qualities and, in turn, we are generating development in a world that is innovating more and more, grow more, develop more.

Pierre tries to make us understand that through the world communication is also evolving, that does not mean that its new forms necessarily have to supplant it, but rather improve it, allowing the brain and cognitive development of all people.

I agree the video very interesting, it gives an insight into cokective intelligence, how not only access to information, but the ability to create knowledge through the internet with collective input allows to increase that collective intelligence. On the other hand, we realize that we are nomads when it comes to knowledge, since everything is rapidly changing. What was true 20 years ago, does not apply today, and the same is true of religion, which in this case would be more analytics.

I think Pierre Lévy has a reallly interesting point of view about human´s manipulation of symbols over the years. We have seen that over the time our ability to speak and write has been used, a capacity that makes us different from other animals, to transcend information and communicate in the best possible way in order to store all our evolution and be able to indentify it and it is an aspect of our existence that we can take advantage in culture, education and communication.

The world is a consequence of the technological advances through the history, in this big advance the symbols and language have the main role in the question, because through these the knowledge is made know generation after generation enduring in history whit over time.

We do mechaning the reproduction and trasmition of symboles through diferent systems as: the alphabet, number systems, etc. Be means of these systems, the comunication have been more easy and the access to knowledge have improve extremely.
As a result, the printer and the new comunication systems further made easy the transmition of knowledge, since the industrialization for the edit of books made that the reproduction from the knowledge, a process more agile.
The automatic transformation of information by go through humanity in currently, is a process that not have conclude but facilitate the comunication processes, interpretation processes, help to improve human memory and transformation in global memory, available in the ciberspace for the access anyone
