@@D-nort2honestly, I don’t know what mode the discovery driver used. Next time when we test it out I will ask him while filming and write it on the video.
You can see from the video, sometimes first gear is not enough. You can try second to have more momentum (in the first part of the video you can see the difference l)
Right, the Disco is still a better car. You don't just buy something that can go up a hill sometimes and that's it. I don't even want to mention the safety of the 2 of them.
@@inigogarcia4266 He's got AT (i.e. off-road) tires on the Duster already. Good winter/snow tires would be better in snow. Chains would help, of course, but the purpose of the video, I suppose, was to test it as it is.
Chains for ice preferably. Land rovers always going to to take the cake for offroad, dyster does well tho. But land rovers are in a league of their own, thr dusco sport us even one of the less capable land rovers. An old defender ir disco is thebest or new range rover or defender
Well, on the new duster 3, chains are hard to fit, especially on the rear axle if the rear axle has brake discs. I don’t think I will use chains on this model this winter 😄
An ideal and fair comparison would be between 2 SUVs of the same age, don't you think? There is a slight difference of 3-4 years, time just enough for technology to evolve significantly.
Better ease of the throttle or the Dacia will blow its self to bits needs a better engine that rubber band is not sounding very happy. and to think I was almost going to buy one but they took to long to bring them over into the United Kingdom to bad for Dacia to much farting around saying they were coming end of August then put back to November...
I don't like the sound of what duster calls a engine, it's massively under powered and sounds like the crank is ready to go on holiday, they could have had a good car here but no LO range and a stupid eco short life engine, and no suspension travel, keep driving it in a city centre where it belongs.
Mhhh on snow and ice most important thing is proper tyres, then we can talk about anything else
Absolutely right - put winter tyres on and these vehicles would have found all this a breeze.
Would love to see a nordic winter tyre in these conditions
Result depends on tyres !!! 🚜
The turbo surge when the disco gets off throttle at the top of the hill is so nice.
Edit: also really liked the intro
Unless they're both running the exact same tyres this is a waste of time
Love your videos ❤ We learn at lot of the possibilities! 😅
Thank you 🙏
How does the all-wheel drive system work on this Dacia?
Duster only has tyres changed?
Tires, tires and tires: breaks it or makes it!
This Discovery: manual or automatic gear?
Automatic Discovery. I will get Winter dedicated tires on the duster soon
@@DusterCoolTravels Did you use the Disco in Sand mode? (to get the wheels spinning)

👍💪❤Duster 1.5 dci 4x4❤💪👍
man love your videos..
And duster 🔥🔥
I hope this will launch in india soon
Thank you very much 🙏🙏
So when going up with duster, 1 gears, 4x4, esp off and full gas, or You keep it at steady rpm? :)
More or less. It needs to stay above 2500 a 3000 rpm otherwise the engine will stop
@DusterCoolTravels tnx for the answer, do You have maybe some group fot all duster lovers, to exchange tips, experience? :)

@@racer5440 in this case You mean to start in the 2, im totally new here, zero experience :)
But these videos are interesting to me :D
@ yes
Pheew! I was lucky and bought the diesel version
land rover 70k euros XD duster 3 27k .... lol when u take that into consideration ... there is no more questions :D

Got Citroen C4 cactus rip curl grip control edition with Goodyear all season vector 3 tyres
Question, wouldn't they both cars behave better in the snow with chains or similar? Just a question, love the content 😆
After finishing the video, I would love to see some proper big off-road dedicated tyres on the duster, love the car, I'm thinking of buying one myself

Yes, but it s impossible to find a 2024 discovery sport in my area, not to mention one that comes to a test 👀👀
Same age but also same price range. Don't forget that that Discovery is from 2019 but it costs 70k€, the new Duster is a little shy 26k€
Fa mai multe video uri cu discovery
O sa facem. 💪💪
You just need better tires
Yes. I know. I wanted to see how the ats are performing on snow. Now that I know, I need winter tires 😅

So scientific, I hope Land Rover prosecute.

No diesel, no duster

Да нужен двигатель по мощнее
Dacia se esta volviendo muy buena marca calidad y duster en unos de los 4x4 que cumple!! Me gusta este nuevo diseño del duster muy atractivo😍
