  • @thomasreed1386

    It is a really impressive design. In case the slower people haven't figured it out, this could be an "imitation police flashing light" (and they shouldn't use blue and red so they can't be arrested for impersonating the police). And anyone who has ever used breadboard PC boards could put it together. But you omitted one important detail: where do you connect the battery / power supply leads? I'm assuming that the VCC connections on the chips are positive. and the negative are ground. But before we blow the chips up, do you use +5 volts for the supply, or the +3.2 volts from a Li-Ion battery?

    • @estechknowledge
      @estechknowledge  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have used a 3.7V supply.

    By changing the resistance of the potentiometer. Why can't the speed of the LED's glowing be reduced or the direction of the led colors changing be decreased slowly??. Why the Led's are glowing and changing fast even after the resistance of both the potentiometers is increased.?

    • @martinkuliza
      @martinkuliza ปีที่แล้ว

      it's complicated, but simply stated
      have you ever played with a 555 Timer and put in a POT instead of resistors
      and then paying attention to what the changes in resistance does have you then changed the capacitance and notice what effect that has
      If so.. you will have noticed that doing so alters 2 things, Voltage and Frequency
      the frequency will make it speed up with higher frequency
      Higher voltage = Brighter
      Lower Voltage = Dimmer
      that's why
      Investigate how a 555 Timer works and you'll understand that changing 1 thing alters a few others things and not just one thing

      @@martinkuliza Shut up are you an engineer atleast. I am electronics engineer dude, I know the function of potentiometer not like you beginner. Its not about brighter and dimmer. First of all see properly withyiur eyes if the LED's are going dim and if there is a time delay. No it isn't there. And if led's go dim they would blink slowly and gradually which is not there in this case when the resistance of the potentiometer is increased. It is just that the LED's are glowing brighter properly in one flow but don't see them going dim together.

    There is too much flickering due to the camera. Try using higher quality camera with no flickering light. Next time use ambient light that is operated from DC, not AC. This phenomenon is called "aliasing " and maybe cured by various techniques.
