There are different versions in both languages, notably "Їхав козак за Дунай" which has been sung by the Red Army Choir (sometimes in Russian translation as "Ехал казак за Дунай"). There is also a German derivative known as "Schöne Minke"
Hey sokoly and kossak over the Danube (the one in the video) are completely different songs. Just because they are both about kossaks saying goodbye to their girlfriends doesn't make them the same
You know, you have an enormous amount of talent and good command of the accordion machine....... But sometimes when you're anxious to "show off" and impress people you tend to stylize a song so much so that it loses a lot of its original beauty.
Lol since many of the comments clearly don't know the title and this video is 2 years old you could've at least pointed them out in the description instead of keeping all of your secrets
