You're NOT wrong when you mentioned why Elizabeth Warren lost. The young douche didn't want Ben to get a thought out, he only wanted his own thoughts read back to him. That's not debate, that's an attempt at propagandizing. How many times have you seen Ben engage with those he disagrees with and respectfully detail his disagreement without talking over them? A lot, it's his forte. Could have happened here, but nope
Wokeness is Cultural Marxism. It's supported by the Israeli Zionist Labor Party and opposed by Orthodox Jews, such as Mr. Shapiro. That party has its roots in the Bolshevik Revolution of Russia, and that's why the secular humanists of Cultural Marxism seem so familiar to people who have studied Communism. It's original intention was to utilize communism to re-colonize Israel with workers and farmers, because Jews have so many times in history been forced into the financial industry as a last resort to earn a living in nations that have discriminated against Jews working any other type of jobs. This is only taught in private Hebrew school.
My band in Philadelphia literally got cancelled because my singer made a post about him and the bassist being religious regarding one of our songs. Crazy world we live in where the “party of love” passionately hates any one who has a slightly different belief or opinion.

Attempting to talk over someone when they're making a rebuttal to your side of a debate is a classic sign that you have a weak argument. It reeks of fear and desperation.
To be clear, I'm not a fan of shorty. He's so far removed from the normal American lifestyle that none of the topics he debates on would affect him in his everyday life. Let's not forget he and virtually the entire daily wire crew are real quick to follow the same far left practice of malicously aligning anyone that poses real tough questions. Some may not remember how quick he was to bang on the drums of war during the Syria incident. Not like any of his kids (even if they were of age) would fight in a war. Even if they did, I'm sure he'd make sure they were nowhere near the front lines. There's good reason why Benny and his group haven't been taken off of YT and can go on MSM shows. It has nothing to do with ethnicity, but integrity & truth.

Just for clarification Alex, leftist is the term given to the super far left, so he wasn’t casting a broad net, he was using the proper term given to the people who act as he explained
And to add to that, if one looks at the policies pursued by the Democrats in the federal government and a number of state governments, the leftists are leading the pack. Do all Democrats agree with the left? Certainly not, but the centrist and moderate Democrats are just as likely to be attacked by the far left as the right is if they don't toe the line so they often won't speak out against the far left minority in their own party.
@@CelticSpiritsCoven well, the term itself was coined in 1989, but intersectionality wasn't "invented" by wokeness. It's provable fact that race, class, gender, and other individual characteristics “intersect” with one another and overlap; that people experience discrimination differently depending on their overlapping identities. You may disagree with the application and consequences of intersectionality, but it wasn't just invented out of thin air. Shapiro's criticism that I've seen and read (I've never read that book) are never really aimed at the theory, they're focused on whom intersectionality would benefit or burden and but that's not really the point.

'I don't care what ideology/race/religion/ethnicity/party/group you belong to, I'll treat you equally' is an admirable trait Alex, I subscribe to this same line of thinking, the problem with woke ideology is not equality but superiority. They self righteously believe that their thoughts and feelings on matters are better than other so they should be treated preferentially. They don't want equality they want people who subscribe to their ideology to be the ruling elite class because they know better and they can help shape society for the better. It's self centered, narcissistic and self indulgent thinking and it spells society's demise moreso than it's prosperity.
I think you described Ben Shapiro pretty perfectly right here. If you're going to say this about anyone and not about Shapiro himself, you're not really being fair. If you don't want to associate, do business with or be friends with someone because of the fact that he/she is gay as Shapiro does, you're on the wrong side of things.
What is woke ideology tho? When i was a kid being "woke" meant not being a sheep or a follower, it meant thinking about things deeply and realizing that the mainstream should not dictate how we think and feel. But Nowadays being "woke" seems to be anything that the right wing doesn't like?
In certatin cases it is fair to group the vocal left people or vocal right people. Its what the party believes in and a majority of the people in that party believe
Except it isn't. Cause the left has no platform in the US. Democrats are by every definition right wing. They're liberals, which is a right wing ideology at best, and Clinton brought the whole neo-liberal angle, all which have been the main opposition to left wing ideas such as social democracy and even socialism. Conservatism is the same as liberalism except with a culture war based around a more prudish, more homophobic, anti-scientific angle. Except the leaders of the group are more totalitarian in the sense of civil rights, and censorship of undesirable concepts such as history, sex ed, and just again, homosexuality.
I had a conversation with a gentleman a few days ago. he said I was woke. said no.. he got pissed. said how can I be woke when never felt, felt that way from middle school. 1982.. common sense wins the day.

As extreme as my political and social stances can be, Shapiro and Peterson are milquetoast compared to me, Peterson especially. He doesn’t come across as controversial, he is perfectly rational and clear in his message. The fact that Some biased left wing hack who writes captain America comics comparing him to Red Skull is ludicrous
How is he rational and logical in any way? He disagrees with the entirety of academia on most subjects. And excuses it with conspiracy theories that were originally created by the nazis (cultural marxism). Literally all modern material analysis of society and anthropology has disproved everything he believes in when it comes to social issues.
I love how you point out faults on both sides. You might check out the Dave Rubin and Larry Elder video on the Rubin report from a couple weeks ago. It was a best of compilation of interviews between a then Liberal Dave Rubin and a Conservative Larry Elder, form 2016-2021, though by the last interview, Rubin was more agreeable, as his opinions were changed by talking to Elder and other people who disagreed with him over the years. But it would be awesome to see you break down their points and styles, especially from the early interviews, where they were more left vs right.
Sometimes, people debate at a level above the general understanding that most people have... and then there are people who don't know they're not on the same level as the person they are trying to argue with. This guy forgot to take his meds.
Really love your reactions and comments. You call things out on every end. The fundamental problems of the actual arguments. No surprise you’re a lawyer. ;-)
His full speech talks about how you define wokeness. Find the speech this came from and listen and he will define it. SO in this thing he had just defined it for 20 mins.
@@davidreiser9663 Yah it’s a game they play. They are masters of controlling language. And when you call them on something that’s ridiculous, they tell you you aren’t defining your terms correctly instead of actually arguing the point. Call it whenever you want. The points he made are still the same. You can call it strawberry shortcake if you want the facts are still the same. But this is what they do.
Wokeness is a definition created by conservatives to refer to anyone that's left of trump. Politicians that are far right in Europe are called "woke" by people like ben shapiro because they support free healthcare and education provided by taxes, even if they're still far right on most other issues. It's a ridiculous term, and theres no academic theory, social, nor economic that refers to wokeness.
I would ask what do you define as ‘ wokeness ‘ consider the word ‘ woke ‘ and the concept was hijacked and twisted. It never meant what people are claiming to be ‘ woke ‘ now and if anything does a disservice to the community it was taken from. Not saying this guy in the video is right but just giving a perspective.
lesliexhale from context, it seems like OP is defining "woke" as "a word describing people who shout down opposing views instead of dismantling them with facts and logic." Given the general behaviour of many self-identified wokeists (like the one in the video), it seems like a perfectly workable definition. My argument against the definition Alex looked up in the video is that that definition is technically the same as "red-pilled" while the terms are generally used with opposite meanings these days. (To note, *my* working definition of "red-pilled" is "a word describing one who subcribes to either/both particular MGTOW or conservative opinions about the reality of modern society")
Politics aside, I hate Shapiro and Peterson are bundled together. Shapiro can be rude, and seems to just be trying to trigger people. Peterson actually just trying to share his truth and explain why
Alex: Interesting new set up, right? Editor: *zooms in on a Michael Myers mask wearing a straw hat while playing the Halloween theme* Yes, a very Introverting set up, indeed. Love it lol! 😂😊
Loved your take on this, the one thing I will say is that Ben Shapiro is very specific when he categorizes groups of people. When he says leftists, he means specifically the people on the far left who belive the most insane things. He doesn't mean people like Bill Maher or Joe Rogan, he means people like AOC or Rachel Maddow
If you call AOC far left, you are either mentally challenged, or just ignorant and uneducated. What AOC is advocating for is welfare under capitalism, which isn't leftist. It's just liberal. In europe, even the most far right individuals believe in free healthcare provided by taxes...
The Right: "Wow, Ben really owned this guy!" The Left: "Wow, this guy really owned Shapiro!" Me: "A post-speech Q&A, where only one question is permitted per person and you have limited time, is not conducive to the kind of in-depth discussion this guy's issue would require. That's also assuming both parties are coming to the table in good faith."
Exactly. Shapiro is speaking at an intended audience. This guy is trying to gotcha him with full knowledge this is not going to lead to anything but possibly a viral moment. Both parties know there will not be an honest useful discussion in this format. It's all just more pointless grandstanding to score points with people who watch videos to have their pre-existing beliefs validated.
This is the only kind of thing you will see for "debunk" or "destroys" against Shapiro or Peterson. It's always just people screaming it interrupting constantly. You will not be able to find videos where they actually don't have a rebuttal or coherent response to something. This is mainly because they make such good arguments and are so composed that the opposition usually has to resort to screaming, name calling, or just flat out dismissing them.
Anyone losing their cool while debating/discussing can't have a respectful conversation. These people lose against Ben because they use emotions instead of facts
Ben shapiro once said sometbing along the lines of "I don't buy into the scientific facts because I feel like they are biased" in regards to studies involving sex, gender, etc. Ben shapiro doesn't care about facts unless they support his feelings.
Ah yes, and Ben uses logic and facts by disagreeing with the entirety of academia, sociological analysis, anthropological analysis... He's so logical and factual that he dismisses every material analysis of society that doesn't support his biases.....
The most upset people I see on these types of videos are the ones who come up to the mic very confidently & begin acting out their very rehearsed trap questions (which are clearly "gotcha" arguments) only to then get upset when the scene doesn't play out nearly as well as they had pictured it. *Rant warning* = This leads me to thinking that, aided by the reach of social media, politics can be used as a weapon of the narcissist. If they act a certain way and figure out certain patterns of speech, they can assert control over others. Very scary.
Its good to keep your mind open. Esp when you have a law degree. Im Apolitical and support whoever i want that makes sense. No group has it all. And theres nothing wrong with listening to others.. ESPECIALLY if controversial.. bc usually in this current state.. controversial, to me, signals “ok is someone finally fighting back for normalcy?”
Some of us are confused how anyone could be "Apolitical and support whoever they want that makes sense". Take abortion for example... how could anyone be able to flip-flop back and forth between people who support it or denounce it. It's like, have you even defined what your moral code is and used that standard to not support someone? Or perhaps you don't even care about abortion, so some politician's stance on it would be irrelevant to you?
@@CelticSpiritsCoven i see Apolitical as taking charge of our own moral compass bc definitions keep changing of what it means to be affiliated with any position. Its boxing yourself in as i once had being a registered democrat before everything went upside down and i just couldnt support this new “left” and how many subsections it keeps dividing into. Far as abortion or any other decision.. i see it like this.. you do you, i do me, dont interfere in my rights as written, and i wont interfere in yours. Im prochoice bc nobodies pregnancy is my business. Thats personal. And what i believe for my own body, it doesnt matter bc its not anyones business to know. Many get confused bc they believe they cant be two things at once, when you can. For example.. ive heard other people who’ve chosen my route of just treating each individual as their own unique identity be pro life for THEIR OWN life.. but be prochoice overall bc, again, its a personal situation that has nothing to do with interfering in our lives. Does that make sense?
@@CelticSpiritsCoven also, i find the questioning of whether i even have a moral compass as a bit rude. I think to align yourself as Apolitical actually shows immense moral of character. Its stepping out of an oppressive box bc of not choosing to agree with radical views that ive never been asked to be in favour of. Skepticism or daring to ask questions is immediately met with hostility. And im not going to kneel to any political ideation that would find mental abuse as “part of the package”.. i have a right and freedom of expression and speech to ask questions. And people have the same right to meet me with extreme hostility.. but that doesnt mean i cant opt out and say “c’ya”.. it takes a strong moral foundation to be able to choose what you know as being right and not being a sheep to an ideology i cant support. Id argue my convictions to be more strong and actually more accepting compared to anyone else. Bc peoples value is determined by their person.. not group.
@@CelticSpiritsCoven well, for one, i left the states in 2013 and live in the Canary Islands now, so i dont vote. But if i was still there, i would need to know a f* ton more about their stances to make a decision than just 1 thing. Id generally be opposed to anything that would successfully pass laws invoking on any of our rights. But people run with a million different stances id need to know about. For instance, if a candidate was prolife but would ensure universal healthcare for all americans 100%.. and this is assuming its not nonsense and will happen.. id probably choose them bc i find healthcare to be a human right.. not something thats priced.. essentially putting a value on living people despite genetic markers they have no control over, cancer, accidents.. and esp mental health.
In situations like that it might be beneficial to say "you get to make one point and ask one question, then we mute your mic and unmute Ben's. We do this 5 times each with a closing statement/question that is no longer than 2 or 3 minutes and then we move to the next person." If it were done with a little more structure I think there is a much higher chance of having a beneficial interaction for the speakers and the audience. Ben handled the manchild better than I would/could have because I might have decided to be petty and belittle him because right out the gate he was petulant and that didn't make me want to even try to like him, I know it's not respectable behavior but it honestly comes from wanting to make a point about his behavior to hopefully correct it for not just the hypothetical "me" in this scenario but for him and his future, not to mention make it more pleasant for the audience. I won't lie though on the surface of it there is some ego involved but it is the tip of the iceberg that everyone will notice and not the mass that is just below the surface.
I hardly ever speak, I am a very quiet person for various reasons. I get interrupted when I do try to speak, and it pisses me off so much. Like you said it shows a lack of character, and also that you just don't give a shit what I may have to say, which turns me right back into why I should stay silent. And can we just get a 5 minute video of Alex arguing with himself? That was hilarious!
I've seen several people think the won a debate. But when I went back it really wasn't a debunk. Because you can't use debunk with your opinion or someone else's opinion. 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Definitely hear some of Billl Maher switch it up a bit. Everyone needs to hear people with different perspectives and I think Bill nails it on the head when he talks about this country being divided.
Maher is a centrist shitlib. It's funny to me that people making 45K / year take their political queues from someone making millions as if they live in the same reality and their needs are aligned.
This is a perfect example of what I tell people I will debate those who go against what i believe as long as we agree to be respectful of each other's opinions and dont blindly attack each other for a simple disagreement.
The English language is so messed up! If you look at how English was originally made it is mad. The language is so messed up that international law is written in French because of how much more precise it is.
First time I've heard that. Maybe it has less to do with the english language and more to do with people's vocabularies and the education system failing at helping people to be more precise with their language. Also how the trajectory of people reading books has likely decreased due to movies, the internet, and video games. After all, there are english speakers that excel at that. There are so many english words out there between England, and the US and Canada that I don't think the problem is the lack of precise words. Maybe its the lack of role models using precise words.
@@jus4000kicks I'd agree that role models are using less precise words that make the language less precise, but I'd also argue that the english language has been divided since it's very creation. This is because it is a newer language that has roots from all sorts of languages such as latin, greek and other cultures. Take the words beef and cow for example. they were considered the same thing by two different sets of people and coming from different base roots of germanic and latin. there are also many other examples of this where the only thing that differentiates the two was the conquest of one of these groups of the other. therefore the english language I would presume has had many discrepancies between people since it was first introduced.
@@jacobksepka1197 I fail to see how the conquest of one nation over another somehow makes the english language less precise. Certainly the one in control at each time influenced the language but your example (or the wording of it more likely) isn't clear in how that lead to the english language being less precise. Maybe it does have something to do with a wide amount of people speaking and therefore influencing the language. I don't claim to know the origins of the language but I'm not sure about it being a new language. Lets start with that. How did the language come about and where is the proof for it?

To me, when Ben says "people on the Left" or "the Left," he's not necessarily generalizing and stating that EVERYONE on the Left believes the following thing, but rather that those who believe the thing tend to be on the Left. I also see it as more of a reference to the mainstream Left-wing platform or, more specifically, the Democratic Party platform than as a reference to the general public. P.S. Ah yes. The modern sophist is on the rise. People who debate against students to make themselves appear more intelligent. Then twist facts to fit their agenda using the art of debate. Rather than actual facts. And we don't have a modern day Plato or Socrates to put these sophists in their place.
Except you're missing the fact that he is paid to be the guest speaker at these events that are typically held on college campuses because they usually have the available space for it and also because college was supposed to be the place where accomplished peoples from different intellectual spaces would come to present ideas and arguments and lessons to the upcoming generations to allow them to form their view of the world and challenge them to solidify their belief structures on the basis of collective human knowledge and logical thinking processes so as to be able to go into the world and effectively make headway and engage in meaningful discussion and debate to allow for the most beneficial outcome for the most amount of people and to identify oversights and weaknesses in society. Nowadays, college is little more than an assembly line factory, manipulated by those who feel they are better than the rest of society to form their little copy paste minions to regurgitate tired talking points that are thinly veiled in a veneer of intellectualism, where opposing view points are ousted and met with everything from aggressive speech to actual physical violence. Colleges are a shell of their former selves, caring more about emotionally charged pseudo-activism than actually equipping people with the tools to think critically and analyze through a lens of objective fact and statistical probability of outcome.
So to accuse him of just grandstanding on the intellectual immaturity of college students for some kind of sense of self adulation is a complete mischaracterization. Not to mention all the instances of him going and actually debating people who are supposed to be his peers, like Cenk Ugyur as was pointed out in a previous reply (also Cenk's cohort Anna Casparian) to people considered to be the great philosophical minds of our time like Jordan Peterson, Sam Harris, and Bret Weinstein to name a few.

Let's not forget the time he tweeted a pic that he bought a 2x4 but he had a piece of wood closer to a 1x8

I loved this channel so damn much. I watched it daily, but a while back this channel has done a myriad of things that are starting to get to me personally and I know I can’t be the only one. 1) you say every damn band you react to is good after one song. After that song, Alex never fucking listens to that band again. Examples would be Maximum the Hormone and Avatar (off the top of my head but I’m sure there’s hundreds more) the only exceptions are fucking Metallica and Slipknot; which is fine, just don’t say you like metal if the only ones you listen to would be the 2 biggest/mainstream bands that anybody who dips their toes into metal, would like. 2) my second issue is with how he uploads videos every now and again asking for reactions. And then he doesn’t do it. Alex used to interact with me all the time when I tweeted him or commented UNTIL I had a reaction suggestion. If I put out a suggestion, it’s back to Metallica or Slipknot. I’ve recommended bands like: king Diamond, Skiltron, some of the good Call of Duty Zombies songs like 115, Archangel, Beauty of Annihilation, etc. Zero response, zero interaction. I must only be allowed to blow smoke up Alex’s ass in order to get any interaction 3) my third issue is that after everything I’ve done to like this channel, putting suggestions out there and Hoping to get people into more profound bands (but failing to thanks to Alex) he starts reacting to Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson politics… is it because you “ran out of music to react to” (which I proven is bullshit but Alex ignored me). I mean now Alex is even reacting to movies and dropping music reactions all together now… like wtf happened to this channel?! I know he’ll never read this because it’s genuine criticism and I put music suggestions in here to that’s too much to ask for, for a music reaction channel… but I can’t believe how far this channel has fallen. Yeah, I agree with Alex 100%. These debates are pointless in the end because people clearly don't want to understand each other's points of argument, and instead deny them outright. Both sides could have fair points, but because they try so hard to devalue each other, it robs value from the conversation itself.
A debate by its very nature forces you to devalue the opposition the whole point of a debate is to show why you are right and the other person is wrong. It's a q&a portion of his conservative event. If you are going to go there spreading bullshit lies about wokeness is, expect to get shut down
I disagree. I believe that the original purpose of a debate is to offer multiple solutions to a given problem, compare and contrast the offered solutions, and figure out a course of action against the problem. Nowadays, debates are about casting aspersions more than actually trying to solve problems. Though you're not wrong, this was meant to be a platform for Ben Shapiro to speak and answer questions, not necessarily a debate. Still, this is an example of how pointless debates are because debates end up exactly like this; I'll give Shapiro his props, since he at least let the other person finish their point, but this conversation still turned into "Left vs. Right." I would have preferred a discussion where Shapiro offered alternatives to political correctness rather than just attacking it, and the other person to argue back with more facts rather than feelings. That's just me though. I know I ask for too much.

It's funny how being conservative or libertarian is considered controversial these days.

Wokeness invented intersectionality. Ben explains this quite well in his book "The Right Side of History".
Leftists is a term given to losers

@@davidreiser9663 Yah it’s a game they play. They are masters of controlling language. Wokeness is a definition created by conservatives to refer to anyone that's left of trump.
Politicians that are far right in Europe are called "woke" by people like ben shapiro because they support free healthcare and education provided by taxes, even if they're still far right on most other issues.

Dude does seem to be the representative of wokeness in that he demands to be heard but refuses to give the same opportunity to others.
Exactly.
I would ask what do you define as ‘ wokeness ‘ consider the word ‘ woke ‘ and the concept was hijacked and twisted. It never meant what people are claiming to be ‘ woke ‘ now and if anything does a disservice to the community it was taken from. Not saying this guy in the video is right but just giving a perspective.
lesliexhale from context, it seems like OP is defining "woke" as "a word describing people who shout down opposing views instead of dismantling them with facts and logic."
Given the general behaviour of many self-identified wokeists (like the one in the video), it seems like a perfectly workable definition.

He doesn't mean people like Bill Maher or Joe Rogan, he means people like AOC or Rachel Maddow

Me: "A post-speech Q&A, where only one question is permitted per person and you have limited time, is not conducive to the kind of in-depth discussion this guy's issue would require.

"Jabbersnatch" is my new favorite word!
Bc peoples value is determined by their person.. not group.
@@HaraQuinn So would you vote for someone who is very vocally against abortion?

Love these Ben and Jordan videos! I don’t see anyone on the other side of the isle making such good strong logical arguments. If there are any, please someone link them to me. I’d love to watch!
There are plenty but they might not be as entertaining to some people because they're not "sensationalists" like right-wingers like to be. Check out David Pakman's interview with Ben Shapiro and you'll see how Benny isn't as smart as he thinks he is.
@@CreepyNeighbor666 I’ll check that out, thanks!
Nobody should ever be mad at Alex for these reactions. Unfortunately, in today's society we are classified into different groups. It is the way we're pushed into our right and wrong beliefs. It's unfortunate. But, when people can't have a civil discourse it's what we get. My view is right and that's all there is to it. Research and decide for yourself and don't base your beliefs on what you hear that sounds good. Keep it up Alex! And please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD react to the new Grey Daze! I mean it's Chester! What are we doing? Lol
That part with the telemarketer was pure gold lol
Ah yes. The modern sophist is on the rise.
People who debate against students to make themselves appear more intelligent.
Then twist facts to fit their agenda using the art of debate. Rather than actual facts.
And we don't have a modern day Plato or Socrates to put these sophists in their place.
I didn't know Cenk Uygur was a student...
@Mike Griffin As they did in ancient Greece through bath houses and other public areas. That's all TH-cam is. Nothing really new.
First of all this is not a debate. This is a Q&A.
Secondly. How dare you!
He/she/them is the representative of WOKE. Not a student. You BIGOT!
Not to mention all the instances of him going and actually debating people who are supposed to be his peers, like Cenk Ugyur as was pointed out in a previous reply (also Cenk's cohort Anna Casparian) to people considered to be the great philosophical minds of our time like Jordan Peterson, Sam Harris, and Bret Weinstein to name a few.
an intellectual youtuber. my friend, we need more of you. hope you have a dope ass day ❤️
Convenient he's always debating college students and news readers (they're not actual journalists who know anything), he's not smart.
Proof: his shitty 2016 novel when in the 1st paragraph a general ejects the magazine of his m9 to see that it's empty. An m9 is a handgun and the slide would lock back in place meaning you don't need to eject the magazine.
Further proof?: the main character is bullied by the star football athlete in high school and NO ONE knows his real name, they only know him as Yard...nobody in the office knows Yard's real name?
Let's not forget the time he tweeted a pic that he bought a 2x4 but he had a piece of wood closer to a 1x8

This is truly a dumbass comment. Learn some history as in "party switch"

You could watch Joe Rogan talk with Ben Shapiro or Jordan Peterson. He has better arguments to Ben Shapiro then anyone else I've seen anyways
Intro song?
Alex Hefner do whatever you want to do. Fuck what other people think about it they're trolls anyway
Trolls? How can a diverse group of people who love metal and have a million beliefs be trolls? Anyone who came to this channel today didn't come for this. It's ok if it were unbiased
I'm talking about the radical leftists
Well, im talking about EVERYONE.
From the first sentence that came out of the guys mouth, you knew the guy thought he would win
He did because Shapiro gave up because he didn't know what to say so he cut him off and had his guys take him away. In some circles, they refer to this as "cancel culture"
@@CreepyNeighbor666 Ben allowed him more than enough time to form a coherent question, which the guy had a difficult time doing. It’s unfair to others waiting to ask questions to allow this guy to make statements and state his opinions rather than ask one question. If they would have allowed him to he would’ve stood there babbling nonsense for an hour and still had to be pulled away from the microphone. It’s not censorship or canceling when they are just enforcing the set format of one question per person at the end of a lecture.
You shouldn’t group Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson together it’s disrespectful. Jordan is at a much higher level in almost every way
Only from experience from being on planet earth longer. Otherwise, Ben is incredible at debating and showing leftists/liberals why they suck so badly at life.

Man Alex if you’re ever cruising through Indianapolis hit me up would totally enjoy chilling getting a beer and talking about music and metal! 🤘🏻enjoy the videos bud
I must only be allowed to blow smoke up Alex’s ass in order to get any interaction
3) my third issue is that after everything I’ve done to like this channel, putting suggestions out there and Hoping to get people into more profound bands (but failing to thanks to Alex) he starts reacting to Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson politics… is it because you “ran out of music to react to” (which I proven is bullshit but Alex ignored me).
Jesus Christ it’s sad to see
You spent a lot of time typing about something that most people are gonna say, who gives a fuck. Good for you if it makes you sleep better, you are entitled to your opinion no matter how wrong it is.
@@EsoxLucius21 holy fuck how much did I hurt you😂 criticism isn’t allowed according to you. Proved my point when I said that I’m only allowed to blow smoke up his ass, fucking clowny
@@hendrikscheepers4144 okay, then don’t ask for more music reactions. Don’t have a reaction channel if you don’t like it when someone puts a suggestion out there. It comes with the channel type and if he doesn’t want suggestions put out there than he should’ve made literally any other channel BUT a reaction channel
What kind of record player you running over there?
Yeah, I agree with Alex 100%. These debates are pointless in the end because people clearly don't want to understand each other's points of argument, and instead deny them outright. Both sides could have fair points, but because they try so hard to devalue each other, it robs value from the conversation itself.
A debate by its very nature forces you to devalue the opposition the whole point of a debate is to show why you are right and the other person is wrong. Especially in this sort of format where Ben Shapiro is a speaker on a platform with an audience that supports his ideas. Besides this isn't even supposed to be a full on debate.
Right."
I would have preferred a discussion where Shapiro offered alternatives to political correctness rather than just attacking it, and the other person to argue back with more facts rather than feelings.
That's just me though. I know I ask for too much.
Can you believe that leftists posted an edited version of this conversation on twitter, writing that "Ben Shapiro got destroyed" by this guy?
