  • In this episode we travel to the center of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, to visit two up and coming foodie spots, Main Grain Bakery and Father Fats. What started as a passion for sourdough in Sarah Jo More’s apartment eventually grew much bigger forcing her to open her own bakery, Main Grain Bakery. On day one, her sourdough and bakery treats were a hit with the locals, as most days there was a line and all bread being sold out. Host Luke Zahm stops by the bakery to try his hand at baking...and tasting. Luke then heads across town to meet up with Chef Christian, Owner of Father Fats. Father Fats specializes in small plates from around the world that all take on both the unique flavor and personality of their chef.

    Call the bakery and order a few days in advance - There is not much available otherwise.

    The Bread looks yummy and the staff was great...but he is so annoying..!!
