Have you considered a brush (like a mini chimney brush) for cleaning out those tubes?
You mention here or another video it was two years of roasting. How many pounds do you estimate we’re roasted in that time?

Hi Mark, I think a chimney brush is a great idea. I have disassembled them a couple of times for cleaning and a brush like that would speed things up. I will look for something and if I get it, report back my experience. As far as how many pounds of coffee I have roasted, I would guess at least close to 400 pounds? I roast 1 pound at a time.
