TORNADO MADNESS - Multiple Tornadoes Hit near Marble Rock Iowa 8/27/21

- Several tornadoes touched down causing some damage near Marble Rock, Iowa on Friday, 8/27/21. Thankfully, no injuries have been reported. I was tracking this storm from Swaledale to Greene, IA as several funnels formed and at least 4 tornadoes touched down. It was a challenging chase as rain would wrap quickly around the tornadoes, creating low visibility at times.

Watched that beast from 100 miles south and on radar. It was 60,000 feet high at times. That updraft convergence around nine minutes was totally weird. Amazing job staying with that updraft and capturing the excellent tornado
I wish I could go on a chase with Melanie & her friends. There should be a class taught in how to react. I would pay a reasonable fee for the breathtaking 🌪 that nature produces. 👍

I live in Iowa. Southeast of these Storms. You got some Beautiful footage of these storms. Thanks to you and other Spotters this changed from a Radar Warned Tornado to a Visually Confirmed Tornado. Thank you for keeping people safe.

Great video of multiple tornadoes. Playing chaser vehicle hopscotch, stop & then go around.
@ 6:05 I was tripping on the bug crawling across the windshield cause I thought it was something the nader sucked up and stuck to a power line. 🤣
Thank you for another great video! This one is particularly good for practicing visual spotting. I can't chase, but hope to spot a funnel from my balcony, someday.

Do Chacers do these videos with regular cameras or phones with apps like Zoom so a News station can connect directly to the feed to best warn people that way some how

We had them In SE SD today as well. lot of funnels but only one fore sure touch down.
Saw that just SSW of Sioux Falls, then it turned into a tornadic, LEWP (ie...mesoscale QLCS) that ripped NE through SW/Central MN.
