    Several hours ago, the Chinese edition singer passed away because of breast cancer. Her name is Yao Beina, and her death teaches me that life is so weak so I cannot just waste my time and health. I am supposed to do something meaningful. That is the best pray for her in heaven.

    How can people say all Asian languages sound the same? They all sound so different! I love it.

    • @ApinofArc
      @ApinofArc 8 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Won't lie...I still have a hard time telling the difference between korean and chinese. If I heard the 2 talking back to back I could probably say "yea, they're different" But if I heard like 10 seconds of chinese then 5minutes later heard 10 seconds of korean, I couldn't tell ya dick :P
      And if I hadn't listened to japanese anime for the last 10years nearly non-stop, I'd probably say the same about that O.o But that's mostly just cause of how RADICALLY different english is from most asian languages. (from the actual alphabet, to sentence structure and even tone/timing)

      something that helped me is that Mandarin has more "sh" sounds

    • @badluck7092
      @badluck7092 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      true because in Korean there is nothing called sh* they don't have it in there language

    • @kojayeoja
      @kojayeoja 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The 'sh' sound? Yes they do. It's not the most common but they definitely have it, mostly paired with 'i'.

    • @badluck7092
      @badluck7092 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the reason I'm saying the dont have sh* is because:1 I never heard them use it 2: one time I was i. a airport I went to mc donalds I asked for a fish sandwich the guy was Korean he said : you want fis?

    We are all East Asians. Chinese, Koreans and Japanese. DIfferent cultures, but still a big family. We have our share of our own pride, but at the end of the day, we are still culturally the closest to one another. I have had exchange programmes, and the Chinese koreans and Japanese mix together very well. Those on the internet are the minority. So let's not get affected by them. It is the non-Asians that usually discriminate us, at least from what I see when people of all nationalities mix. When they hate us, they show it right in our faces. At least Asians are polite enough to treat one another with respect and dignity.

      MrJonslife Yes you are right. Japanese Chinese koreans are brothers.

    • @mikedeng1449
      @mikedeng1449 9 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Keisuke Honda Even real brothers fight against each other sometimes. But they will be cool soon afterwards. It is always the minority of us that provokes hatred, just like brothers always fight for trivia. We cherish the precious memories with brothers and we forget the trivia very soon. (From a Chinese guy)

    • @wcchudds1840
      @wcchudds1840 9 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      MrJonslife Your comment touches my mind..
      Yeah, we have lots of problems against each other.. but I think it's because we are interested in each other as well as we know each others well compared to other nations. It sometimes make us argue with each other, but it also proves that we are of a big family.
      There might be less problems among far neighbors, while brothers or siblings often fight each other, because they can see even very little differences among themselves so that they feel each other's weak points or strong points so much well. I think all of them is from 'being interested' and kind of affection (sometimes brings harsh emotion as well). 'The opposite word of love would be indifference I think.'
      We also know each others' good points as well as weak points, so it would make each of us develop much more and that means 'real big family or brother countries'! Viva East Asia ( Korea&Japan&China )

    • @mikedeng1449
      @mikedeng1449 9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      We should realize that almost all Asian countries, weaker or stronger, have such prosperity in our country today because of the western countries. We have so much to learn, so much to remember and quite long way ahead, especially for our Chinese.

    That was beautifully edited together. To be honest being an american we can be so self absorbed sometimes to things here we miss the chance to see the beauty of other countries. I was one of these people sad to say. I am glad my eyes are finally open and can see that this world has so much more to offer. I loved all three women singing. I couldn't understand them, but it has sparked a desire to learn more languages. Thank you.

      if the world had more people like you, then the admirers of orient won't be mocked at.... really, people who know these languages, like Chinese, Japanese and Korean are laughing stock, because those blockheads who laugh at them, don't understand, the beauty and the richness they offer.... Chinese sounds strong, Korean fluid and Japanese sweet....

    • @NinjaToe
      @NinjaToe 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      no I mean in the whole world.... because you can see if a foreign man speaks Chinese out of the blue... people laugh at him, but if the same man speaks French... it's doesn't matter..... of course, I am no racist and do not mean to demean any of the national sentiments, but I am just saying... Orient has some certain philosophies, even now, which the west took centuries to understand....

    I am really astounded that people on here want to ignore the voices of the singers, in order to instead talk about how superior one country is over another, or the plastic surgery rates in each. Plastic surgery has nothing to do with the song, it has nothing to do with the artists, and while we are at it neither does which country you personally prefer. I am not from China, Korea or Japan, yet I love everything Korean, I adore Japan and I love China. Why are you arguing about plastic surgery on this video. There are great things about all three yet again it has nothing to do with what you are watching.
    All three languages languages are very pretty when people sing in them. I do not see what the issue is here. If you want to continue slamming Japan, China or Korea. Kindly go somewhere else and do it, because the rest of us do not want you turning the comments into a racial contest. Anyway I'll stop now because I'm not intending to rant at you, but it is just so annoying you can't go anywhere online for people insulting and attacking each other, or entire countries.

      I strongly agree with you. I really hate the arguments with dirty words cursing other people here. I am Chinese, and I have met very kind Koreans and Japanese friends. I have met some mean people of them as well but I am not feeling strange because there are such people in many countries including China.

      I also strongly think that they post these comments because they are jealous of the language and their culture
      I do not blame them for such act but it is just rude to the other people who like the video and go down here and read the comments, how people dislike the video
      I don't care them thinking that to themselves but let's be honest don't post it here
      If you don't like the video. Correction: if you don't like the language/ culture why the hell are you doing here posting stupid comments!!!!

      I'm Korean but when I listen to Chinese songs, it gives me overwhelming emotions and feelings. The Chinese make good music because they know what it's like to suffer and to struggle unlike the Japanese who were always wealthy and prosperous throughout the 20th century. China, a nation once poor has now beaten America in the economy and is almost there in beating America in the military.

    What is the world coming to these days? Rather than enjoying the video, people decide to insult others while hiding safely behind their computer screens. Just enjoy what you came here to watch rather than destroy other people's pride and happiness. Every artist, country, and culture is great and unique in their own ways. Some may be a bit overrated and some may be a bit underrated but please respect!

      That Japanese version is not the real version she is just the cover.
      The original version of Japanese was sung by Matsu Takako. And the cover here is May J and she is not completely Japanese.

      +captain0ldy0da it also depends on whether you are exposed to their sounds and pronunciations and whatnot.
