A most engaging play done to TV. I can watch anything with Honor Blackman - such a gem she is. The story, too, was interesting. Thanks for sharing this fun hour.
What an absolute treat. Honor Blackman, Roland Culver and Renne Asherton all favourite film stars from yesteryear in a delightful play. Thank you for sharing this gem.
ITV allow us to let this series be seen anywhere outside the UK but a claim was put in for UK viewers, we presume as a result of Talking Pictures TV now showing the programme. TPTV is great stuff and we're delighted that they are making such good use of the archives.
oh well thank you all the same for the ones you put up I’ve set to record the others from talking pictures TV missed the first two sadly as they started on the 20th but they don’t appear to be running them in story order.

Jeremy Clyde was a pop star of sorts in the 1960s.
Half of Chad & Jeremy.
Thank you. I was just about to look that up to see if it was him.
Good acting. But 17 whole minutes at the beginning when basically nothing is happening? How infinitely boring a start.
Ironically, Honor Blackman was a non-Royalist (i.e. a republican) in real life.
Upper class everyone speaks so posh still a change from the
Lower class crudeness!
