It’s really good for water resistance but if you took a pressure washer to the rear seal or submerged the ATV under water I’m sure water would get in. Plus you have holes on the bottom for the brackets. I’d say it does a great job at being water resistant but not waterproof.
I’m considering this for my 1985 Honda 250es Big Red. May I ask what the exact measurements are of the armrests are from front to back and between the armrests. I can’t get the answer from Kolpin. TIA
Just curious, but why didn’t you install the u-bolts the other way so that your screws don’t cut or damage anything inside? Even cutting the screws down somewhat might still scrape or cut some items inside? Or, is that the only way it could be done? Nice channel by the way.👍
Best review on a trunk lounger I've come across. Great job buddy!
Great review! Thanks for the info
This was very helpful 😊
THANKS FOR SHARING
Great video!!
Awesome brother! 💀👍
Crazy space, especially considering an OEM box costs twice as much.
Nice concise review! Thanks. Do you think it would be water tight for the interior contents?

How comfortable is that seat?
Actually very comfortable. My wife and kids loved it.
Ok awesome! I bought it because of your review!!! lol thanks
Dude great video. How has it held up? Has mud/water gotten in through the rear door?
Not at all, it’s been great.
Can you mount this on a rear “basket” rack?
As long as you have a flat rack on the back you can bolt this down using the “U” bolts to any tubular rack.
@@DieselLegiance does it fit inside of the stock basket rack for a honda rubicon 520?
Do you think it will hold full size adult helmets?
It should but I guess it all depends. I’ve seen some helmets that were ridiculously oversized

Front to back roughly 28” and in between armrests about 20” and total width about 40”
The big question is… does the cargo box fit full size helmets like other versions that kolpin puts out??
It fit mine, and I’m sure it would fit most, but I’m sure there is always a bulky helmet out there that may not fit.
Will this fit on a Yamaha Grizzly 700??
It should…

Probably because it’s easier to go from under up. But either way works.
