Apparently it's just called no-handed reversao. Raiz scissor would mean doing a regular raiz half twist and then scissoring it. That would be one very cool trick though!
I've seen this trick once. I think from kojo and since then I wanted to learn it but never actually went outside and practised. But now with this video I think I'll try it on Monday

If you try doing this trick looking at the camera the whole time, it looks amazing too, but you need to invert a lot more
