Swedish Comedy - Anders och Måns 1 (English Subtitles)

- I have this idea of uploading different kinds of Swedish comedy. Everything from the low brow stuff to the pitch black satire. I will upload three episodes of every show in case anyone wants to see more of a particular show.
Anders and Måns started out doing radio comedy and later graduated into making TV-shows. Their humour is difficult to describe and it's certainly not for everyone. It's alot more dry, quiet and random than many other shows. But they have sort of a cult following of a relatively small, but very loyal fanbase.

When you're Swiss and study Swedish and hear how well they imitated the Swiss accent with Paul. I have never seen any non-german-speaking foreign program that actually knows how to correctly poke fun at us. xD

As I recall it wasn't extremely popular, probably because this type of humour isn't what most people enjoy.

So is this low brow or satire? Im trying to compare it to something in the UK or Canada but I just cant.
+Princescyther I'd put it as soort of satire. It's very clever, but it's not trying to be mean or anything. On some occasions they try to make points and stuff, but it's mostly being goofy for the sake of humour. I have yet to find anything to compare it to.
Definitely not lowbrow. It's not for everyone, but it has a small but devote group of fans. To me it's definitely among my favourite comedy of all time. Others would laugh at me for it.
