The electric motor noise would be coming from a speaker on the outside of the car.
It's a soundmodule. Every electric car that makes such sounds is always a sound module. Electric motors barely make any sound
If you want to hear what an electric care sound, listen to a Polestar driving POV. They have by far refined the quietness
