Tò get It: instead of going straight at this Jump, stop pushing the accelerator right After the take off, while pressing left. Instead of landing on the spot of 25:54 , you'll bypass the left slope right into the corner where the item Is. Tò get out of there: hard break (R2) + accelerator directing the quad toward the slope, and turning left. You'll Land near the flame spot at 25:56
6:34 hmm its weird when playing this level in the remaster, i pulled this lever and it turned off the fans, but it didnt open the trapdoor to get down. So i had to find an alternate way down lol. So the area at 5:40 you can keep climbing down further below that flame spout, and when she reaches the bottom, i jump off, turn in the air, and hold out her hands, and she will land on the other side down there. Of course you take a bit of fall damage from doing that but it definitely gets you down there lol.
